DOB 7/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Candy, a sweet, playful, and energetic calico gal who soaks up all the hooman attention that I can muster. Scratch my cheeks, chin, and ears? Check! Wave the feathered wand toy over my head or wiggle it around the room like a snake? Check! It doesn’t matter if it’s direct or indirect attention; I just love spending time with my foster family, including the little nieces who come to visit.
When my brother Neo and I were about six weeks old, we were rescued by a HOPE volunteer who witnessed a dog’s killing our momma. Because the dog bit off half of Neo’s tail -- yikes -- we were relieved to be brought to the safe haven of our foster meowmy’s home. Even though we were now orphans, conveniently a nursing foster momma cat adopted us so we could learn all the manners that our momma would’ve taught us if she were still alive. I get along great with the resident dogs and cats as well as the other foster kittens.
When I’m not tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with my furry foster mates, I’m intrigued with watching the graceful, placid movements of the pet fish in their tank. Now I’m ready to bring my adorable self along with my endless kitten friskiness to my new forever family. Could that be you? I’ll be happiest in a home where I can play with lots of other two-legged and four-legged critters. Arrange to meet me today!
HOPE ID 25-0809-C129
