Rex is playful, high energy, and absolutely adores kids. He will happily chase toys or follow little ones around the yard with his curly little tail wagging nonstop! When he’s not zooming around, he loves to snuggle. His favorite treat is beef-hide chew-bones -- he’ll proudly carry it around like it’s his treasure.
He’s still a young pup, so he’s learning leash manners and can get a little chatty when excited, but his happy spirit and eagerness to please make him a quick learner. He has very good recall and goes straight to his kennel when called to do so. He pretty much ignores the resident cat and tries to get the older bigger dog to play.
He's expected to stay small (8-10 lbs. when full grown) -- the perfect size for a lap companion or travel buddy. What his foster pawrents love most about Rex is his pure joy every time he sees them. This eager, playful spirit is contagious
