DOB 2/4/22
Hey there, everyone! I’m Wesley, a sweet, gentle, and playful Bombay mix fella with a shiny, black-patent-leather coat and big hazel eyes. Bombay mixes are often called Velcro cats because they like to stick so close to their hoomans, and I’m no exception. I like to carry on conversations with Foster Meowmy, especially when I need to make my wishes known. She intuitively knows which meow means “I’m hungry” and which, “Can you spare a little time to pet me?”
I was a friendly stray who showed up at a community-cat feeding station. Then I wandered over to a car-mechanic’s garage, where I fascinated the mechanics because I wanted to hang out with them. They decided that, although I'd be a perfect grease-monkey garage mascot since my fur is black, I needed a good indoor home because I was so well socialized. Voila – the next thing I knew, my HOPE foster meowmy welcomed me to the safe haven of her home. I fit in well with her mix of resident and foster cats, and of course, I love being Foster Meowmy’s devoted companion. When I’m not playing with the her or the other cats, I like to bask in a patch of sunshine on the window sill and take a nice nap – with one eye half-open in case there’s any bird-watching to do.
Now I’m ready to bring my serene good looks and chatty companionship to bless my forever home. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today because I guarantee you that I’ll steal your heart.
