DOB 11/1/23
Hey there, everyone! I’m Luna, an easygoing, affectionate, and bright-spirited gal with a tortoiseshell coat that looks like a soft night sky sprinkled with stars. My signature “blep,” when I unconsciously stick out the tip of my tongue, makes me look a little elegant and silly at the same time, but hoomans are instantly moonstruck when they see me.
My petting sessions are pretty celestial. I’ll roll onto my back, show off my belly, and turn on my silly charm. If you stop petting me, I might gently tap your hand or bump my head into you — just a little reminder that I’m still here and still ready for love. I don’t think there are enough affectionate pets in the Milky Way, honestly. And I hope that when you’re petting me, you slow down to feel that warm, peaceful connection we share together in the present. I just want to be with you, and I'm here to be your steady companion.
When you come home, I’m there to greet you. I brighten up the moment when I see you walk through the door, and hopefully I'll also illumine your mood like I do my foster pawrents. I’ll follow you from room to room, brushing against your legs to say, “I orbit you, human.” Since I love to curl up in a sunny window and watch the world float by, I can also be a chill girl who manages to keep you in my galaxy at all times. I’m curious, so I love to explore, but I always come back to you.
Even though I’m a petite little nebula of sweetness, I have a supernova appetite. I always finish my meals, and if my foster-cat siblings leave anything behind -- well, I consider that a bonus. I used to not know where my next meal was coming from, so I don’t like to waste a single bite.
I’m truly a wish-upon-a-star kind of girl. I get along great with the other cats, the small dog, and the 4-year-old toddler in my foster home. I’m gentle with everyone and not a drama cat. If you’re looking for a companion who will fill your home and your heart with warmth, silliness, and steady, constant love, I’d love to be your little moonbeam.
