Hey there, everyone! I’m Rainbow, a loving, affectionate, playful, and beautiful tortoiseshell gal with white tuxedo markings. I luxuriate when Foster Meowmy scratches my chin and rubs my belly. I’m so grateful to her for rescuing me as a friendly, abandoned stray in her neighborhood and for bringing me inside to the safe haven of her home. I’m very food-motivated, so needless to say, I’ve been delighted to replace scraps from dumpster-diving with bowls brimming with yummy food! Foster Meowmy is a Good Samaritan, and I love her for it!
I ended up being already pregnant when I left the street life, but thank heavens my kittens Herb and Clementine were born in foster care. Foster Meowmy has complimented me on what an amazing, patient momma I’ve been, and I admit that I’ve enjoyed playing with them and grooming them. Even though my kittens have always been indoors, I'm inherently maternal, protective, always observant. I guess it was my bad experiences during my hardscrabble life as a stray that makes be not trust the resident cats in my foster home. So Foster Meowmy feels that I would be best if I were the only kitty in my forever home.
Now that I’ve permanently retired from devoted motherhood, I’m ready to bring my loving, affectionate nature and steadfast loyalty to just that home. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me! I’m ready to double your joys and halve your sorrows. Incidentally, adopting a kitty who’s past the crazy kitten stage has its advantages. Rainbow’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
