Hey there, everyone! I’m Waffles, an affectionate, outgoing, and frisky red tabby fella with white mittens, vest, and mittens. When Foster Meowmy’s in bed, I love to crawl up on her chest to snuggle with her and then affectionately lick her face. I always turn on my loud purr motor when I’m cuddled in her lap while she scratches my chin, cheeks, and ears. One thing you should know about me: I LOVE to play. Whether it’s batting at a string toy, chasing plastic balls, or zooming around the house as I chase my kitty friends, I’m always ready for fun. And psst – I also purr when I play, which shows that I’m just one happy-go-lucky boy!
My future foster meowmy found me in an apartment complex as a nine-week-old orphan with no momma or siblings in sight. I was thin, malnourished, and covered in fleas as I wandered around, crying for food and attention. Thank heavens my desperation plucked Foster Meowmy's heart strings, and she brought me to the safe haven of her home. I’m pleased to report that, with an abundance of her love and care, I’ve blossomed into a happy, healthy kitten.
I was shy and scared when I first arrived, but it didn’t take me long to warm up to my foster family — especially because I love playing with the gentle 4- and 7-year-old kids. I’m also best buddies with the adult male resident cat. Not only does he play and snuggle with me, but also he’s been serving as my surrogate uncle who teaches me all the important “kitty manners” that Momma would’ve taught me if she’d been around.
Now I’m ready to entertain my forever family with my whimsical antics and roaring purr motor. Could that be you?
