Hey there, everyone! I’m Star, a sweet, cuddly, and affectionate brown tabby girl who loves to crawl up in Foster Meowmy’s lap. I’m in heavenly bliss when she scratches my ears, cheeks, and chin or gently strokes my back from head to tail.
I was born on a Caribbean island -- doesn't that sound exotic? -- and a tourist brought me home as a pet. I thought I was happily ensconced in my happily-forever-after home, but I guess that’s just in fairy tales. Unfortunately, when my rescuer moved out of her apartment, she abandoned me and left me behind. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy heard of my sad, homeless predicament, and she stepped up to the plate and promised to find me a loving family who will cherish me for the rest of my life.
I was understandably shaken up when I first arrived at my foster home, so I was initially shy until I warmed up to Foster Meowmy. Now I’m a bona fide cuddle bug extraordinaire who’s anxious to meet the family whom Meowmy has promised. I’m ready, willing, and able to share with you the love and joy in my heart, so please arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your treasured accessories.

Star’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
