Meet Hazel!
Hazel is a sweet, spunky little girl with just the right mix of independence and affection. She has a personality all her own, but once she decides it’s time for some love, she wants to be right next to her person—or better yet, held like the baby she believes she is!
Hazel is a pretty mellow girl who enjoys the quiet life. Give her a soft bed, a cozy blanket to burrow under, and a person willing to cuddle, and she’s a happy pup. She’s great with people, dogs, and cats, and she’s not much of a barker, making her an easygoing companion.
She’s also a low-maintenance girl when it comes to day-to-day life. Hazel is house trained, does well in her crate, and is happy to settle in and relax. She is hard of hearing and mostly blind (but it doesn’t slow her down at all!) and requires daily OTC eye drops for her "dry eye," but these are an easy part of her routine.
Hazel was found roaming in the middle of a street, and we’re so glad she’s now safe and getting the chance to show everyone what a wonderful companion she can be. She would love a calm home where she can enjoy the simple things in life: a cozy spot, some cuddles, and a person to call her own.

Hazel’s $200 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip, testing for heartworms, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment for heartworms and fleas.
