Hey there, everyone! I’m Koko, a charming and friendly "patched" brown tabby gal who is named after Koko Krunch, the chocolate cereal featuring an adorable koala mascot. And honestly, the name couldn’t be more perfect for me. I may not come in a cereal box, but I do come with all the good stuff: sweetness, cuddles, and a little bit of playful crunch. I’m basically Koko Krunch with extra purrs and zero calories. And while I may be koala-inspired, loving me doesn’t mean living “down under” or turning your world upside down. With me around, everything is just right.
Why the koala connection? Because I love to cling and hug my people like they’re my very own eucalyptus tree. Give me a lap, and I’ll settle right in, put one precious paw on you, and happily cuddle or sleep beside you. I can be your little koala-bear-in-cat-form who also chips and trills like a songbird. I’m always happy to chat with you about your day.
I’m the kind of cat who makes a home feel like home. I’m sweet, easygoing, affectionate, and wonderfully low-maintenance. Mostly, I just want to be where my people are. I love small hoomans and big hoomans alike, and I’ll cheerfully keep you company as I make "biscuits" while you relax, work, watch TV, or drift off to sleep. I’m also okay about feline roommates, but if I’m being completely honest, people are definitely my favorite species. My heart belongs to hoomans.
And don’t mistake my easygoing personality for being boring! I absolutely love to chase and play with wand toys. I have a playful spark and enjoy having fun with my people. Really, I’m the embodiment of joy — being around me just makes life feel a little happier.
My story makes my sweetness even more remarkable. I was rescued from an apartment complex where some teenage tenants were hostile toward cats. A BB pellet had become lodged in my abdominal cavity, which was discovered when I was spayed. Despite everything I experienced, I came through it all with my love and trust in people completely intact.
So, if you’re looking for a cat who is part koala, part songbird, part baker, and 100% cuddling sweetheart, I would love to meet you. I’ve got Koko-nuts for cuddles, a song in my heart, biscuits in my paws, and an endless supply of love. All I need now is my forever eucalyptus tree — I mean, forever home.

Koko’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
