Hey there, everyone! I’m Cupid, an affectionate, friendly, inquisitive, and cuddly Classic tabby Maine Coon/ domestic medium hair mix fella. I must admit I’m very handsome with my bold leg stripes against a taupe background as well as dark marble swirls on my sides. When I first see Foster Meowmy, I run to greet her in hopes that she’ll pick me up. I’m in hog heaven when she settles me in her lap so she can shower me with chin scratches and head massages. To communicate my delight at all of her attention, I often turn on my purr motor so loudly that she has to turn up the TV.
I don’t play alone, but I love to engage interactively with Foster Meowmy when she waves the wand toy over my head or wiggles the ribbon stick like a snake around the room. It’s a special treat for me when I ride in my very own stroller! Foster Meowmy thinks I’m awesomely smart because I understand when she tells me “no.”
When I was about seven weeks old, I was rescued in Foster Meowmy’s neighborhood as a hungry but friendly stray with no momma or siblings in sight. I was much too young to fend for myself in the hardscrabble life, so I was delighted when she brought me to the safe haven of her home. I get along great with the resident cats, who have taught the manners that my momma would’ve if she’d been around. I’m cautious about the resident dogs, however, because I don’t like their loud barking, and so I hide.
Now I’m ready to cuddle as well as purr loudly and often with my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today. At least until I turn four months old, I need to be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another feline so we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.
