Achilles #retired-dumpster-diver
DOB 6/24/23
Hey there, everyone! I’m Achilles, a handsome, affectionate, and playful “bicolor” fella who’s mostly white with black on my face, saddleback, and tail. Don’t you like my distinguished moustache and goatee? I’m full of crazy antics and slick moves as I cavort with my catnip balls and mice like a soccer striker, and you have to witness for yourself my gymnastic “alley-oops” as I lunge for the toy on a wand.
My brothers Hercules, Perseus, and I showed up at Foster Meowmy’s front door as five-month-old orphans with no momma in sight. We’d made our way from the community cat feeding station near her apartment because everyone told us that she was a soft-hearted, generous cat lady. Sure enough, she started leaving yummy food out for us, and when the open door beckoned us one day, we marched in as if we knew that life had something better for us than being dumpster-divers.
Although I was initially shy, I soon warmed up once I realized that I could trust Foster Meowmy as well as the resident cats and dogs. Now I’m ready to become the snuggly karate kid of my new family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today, and I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart.
HOPE ID 24-0124-G018
Achilles' $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

Alice #miss-congeniality
DOB 8/7/22
Mew! Mew, everyone! I’m Alice, a sweet, curious, playful Turkish Van mix gal who’s mostly white with gray tabby on my head and tail. Everyone falls in love with me when my beautiful face stares up into their eyes. I love food, love to play, and love to investigate my surroundings.
I was rescued by a kind woman who found me and my sisters Tris, Lucy, and Victoria as orphaned kittens when we were so young that we needed to be bottle-fed. Once we were eating on our own, our tenderhearted future Foster Meowmy responded to the plea on the HOPE FaceBook page that we needed someone to foster us until we were adopted. She brought us to our foster home, where we enjoy tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other until we collapse in a kitten puddle. I’m a happy girl whose life is a repeated cycle of play-sleep-eat.
Since we were bottle-fed and familiar with being handled by hoomans, we’ve always been very friendly and sociable – even with strangers. In fact, we come out to meet visitors! Although we haven’t been around kids in our foster home, I’m sure we’d be fine with well-mannered children because we’ve been very comfortable around the Great Pyrenees dog (I really bonded to him.) and the other resident cats. These kitties have acted like aunts and uncles who've taught us everything that our momma would've taught us if she'd been around.
I hope that I’ve piqued your interest and that you’ll arrange to meet me! My heart has so much love to give, all I need is YOU!
HOPE ID 22-1022-E022

Amber #dumpster-diva
DOB 12/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Amber, a sweet, loving, and loyal Bombay mix gal with a sleek, shiny black-patent-leather coat and gorgeous green eyes. As a young kitten, I was dumped at a condo complex and tried my best to fend for myself as a dumpster diva. When I was only six months old, I became a teenage mom of three adorable kittens. I was an all-star momma who never left my boys’ side, which only testifies to my strong character and fortitude, despite my being barely more than a kitten myself.
Fortunately a Good Samaritan rescued all four of us, and we came to live in our loving foster home, which is full of dogs of all sizes as well as some other cats. Now that I’ve permanently retired from nurturing motherhood, I’m ready to share my loyal, loving heart and quiet beauty with my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU!

Ani #super-friendly
DOB 1/25/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Ani, a super-friendly, affectionate, and cuddly “tabico,” a.k.a. tabby-calico, gal who has the most adorable, angelic face you’ll ever see. Actually, I’m like any calico because I have large areas of white -- except I have brown tabby instead of the usual black. Peach patches are sprinkled over my tabby areas as if I’d gotten splattered with caramel in a candy factory.
I love people of all ages, so I luxuriate when my foster family scratches my ears, chin, and cheeks. Although I’m not a lap cat per se, occasionally I’ll jump up in my foster family’s laps, and I’m always ready to snuggle next to someone on the sofa or in bed. I’m a playful gal who especially enjoys when Foster Meowmy waves the wand toy over my head for me to claw at.
A Good Samaritan was feeding a lot of us friendly cats who had been abandoned by our owners when they moved away from her apartment complex. Unfortunately, because this kind lady could not bring us all inside or pay to get us fixed, many residents were abusing the caterwauling intact males. Thank heavens this compassionate lady reached out to HOPE, and a team of feral-cat volunteers got involved in solving her dilemma. In hopes that our pregnancies could be avoided, our future foster meowmy rescued Sona, Silver, Zelda, and me by bringing us to the safe haven of her home.
Now that I’m permanently impervious to getting pregnant, I’m ready to be the easygoing, loving new addition to my forever family. I’ll fit into either a calm or an active environment where I could be the fluffy bedfellow of adults or small children. I do draw the line in that my ideal home should not have other cats or dogs. Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart.
HOPE ID 26-0121-M006
Ani’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

April #snuggle-queen
DOB 3/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m April, an affectionate, curious, and playful pastel-gray tabby gal with white mittens and vest as well as gorgeous almond eyes. I’m very friendly and sociable, so I seek out Foster Meowmy to cuddle with me and give me belly rubs. That said, I can occasionally have a flair for independence and mischief.
A Good Samaritan rescued me, along with my feral momma and my sister May, from an apartment complex where we were living paw-to-mouth. Realizing that May and I were friendly kittens, Foster Meowmy agreed to bring us into the safe haven of her home and help us find forever homes. I’ve been delighted that she’s introducing me to the amenities of indoor life, which includes Churus squeezable treats, catnip, and soft kitty beds! The hardscrabble life of a stray is for the birds!
Now I’m ready to bring my winsome congeniality, cozy cuddling, and playful kitten mischief to bless my forever home with joy and happiness. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU!

Astro #mr-congeniality
DOB 6/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Astro, a very affectionate, super-friendly, and rambunctious gray Classic tabby fella who loves spending quality time cuddling in the laps of my foster family. That’s when I turn on my purr motor, which sounds like a perking coffee pot, while we binge on Netflix and Animal Planet. During the commercials, I like to chit-chat with my hoomans to find out how their day is going. But don’t think I’m a couch potato! No siree! You should see me jump and flip when I try to stab the wand toy when Foster Meowmy plays interactively with me. Also I can be high-octane when I chase the other foster kitties as we roughhouse together, and then we snuggle all nice and cozy when we’re exhausted.
I was adopted by a loving family as a kitten, but when I was about six months old, my family moved out of state to an apartment that wouldn’t allow pets. So I was stranded in Houston until a HOPE volunteer alerted my future foster meowmy to my dilemma. Thank heavens her heart strings were plucked, and she brought me to her home with promises to find me a new loving family who won’t leave me behind.
Now I’m ready to monopolize the laps of my forever family and to display my acrobatic talents as the wand toy is waved over my head. My ideal home can have other cats and kids to play with me but preferably no big dogs. Arrange to meet me today! I think you’ll agree that I’m Mr.Congeniality – and a handsome one at that!

Azul #nurturing-soul
DOB 5/1/24
Named after the smooth tequila, Azul is a sleek tuxedo beauty and devoted mama to six adorable kittens. Baby Sparky #litter-of-10
DOB 3/3/25
Meey Baby Sparky - The Storytime Snuggler with a Playful Streak! Baby Sparky is a charming black and white kitten with a gentle heart and a curious spirit. One of his favorite pastimes? Curling up beside you while you read a book out loud. Whether it’s fairy tales or mystery novels, Sparky is all ears—his little face full of wonder as he soaks in every word.
But don’t let his calm, book-loving side fool you—Sparky is also a bundle of playful energy! He adores sprinting through cat tunnels with his siblings, turning playtime into full-speed adventures that usually end in a warm, happy kitten pile.
Sparky would love to be adopted with a sibling—his days are brighter with a buddy to play and snuggle with. Bring home this sweet, soulful boy (and maybe one of his sidekicks too), and you’ll have a best friend for both storytime and playtime.

Bella #cuddle-pillow
DOB 9/21/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Bella, a petite, gentle, affectionate, and cuddly pastel grey tabby gal who adores curling up in Foster Meowmy’s lap where I can soak up as much affection as I can get. I just enjoy spending time with her, so if she’s busy, I discretely follow her around everywhere. I melt when she reaches over to acknowledge my quiet, undemanding presence by giving me a quick but loving head massage.
I showed up as a friendly stray whom Foster Meowmy’s started feeding. I was obviously someone’s lost or abandoned pet because I followed everyone around. I‘d purr, softly meow, and roll onto my back to invite bell rubs, and my little tricks succeeded in bewitching my foster pawrents into falling in love with me. It was clear that I was not street material and belonged inside, and I was so grateful when they finally invited me into the safe haven of their home.
I was a little scared when I first arrived because there were a lot of resident cats, and, after fending for myself outdoors, I was unsure about their friendliness. I was even shy with the hoomans until I felt safe, but I blossomed into a cuddle pillow once I warmed up to the family dynamics. I heard Foster Meowmy tell someone, “Bella is a people’s cat through and through and would make an amazing, loving companion for someone.”
Now I’m ready to become a lap cat extraordinaire who melts when I get attention in my forever home. Could that be you? If you’re looking for a little furry shadow to unobtrusively follow you around, I’m the gal for you! Just give me a little time to come out of my shell, and I promise to halve your sorrows and double your joys. Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages of adopting a young gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your treasured accessories.

Binx #snuggler
DOB 3/1/24
Binx is a handsome Russian Blue gentleman who knows exactly what he likes—and what he doesn’t. Crowded adoption events? Hard pass. Being fussed over by strangers? Not his style. Binx is the kind of cat who prefers meaningful connections over chaos, and once he trusts you, you’ll have a devoted companion for life.
This independent guy has a playful side too—he’s a champion fetch player (yes, really!) and will happily chase his favorite toy when the mood strikes. Laser pointers? Binx will politely decline and judge from a distance. His true passions include peaceful naps, especially curled up beside his person, and enjoying life at his own relaxed pace.
Binx is looking for a calm, predictable home where he can be the one and only. No other pets, no competition—just his own space, his own meals, and a human who understands that love from Binx is earned, not rushed.
If you’re someone who appreciates a quiet bond, respects boundaries, and wants a companion who will choose you just as much as you choose him, Binx might be your perfect match.
HOPE ID 26-0301-G033
Binx's $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

Blaze #momma-cat-of-the-year
DOB 7/22/23
Hey there, everyone! I’m Blaze, a very sweet and playful brown tabby gal who’s a kitten at heart since I love to play with my crinkle balls, catnip mice, and wand toys. I satisfy my penchant for adventure by exploring all the nooks and crannies around the house. And then no day is complete without basking in a patch of sunshine on the windowsill while I catnap.
Foster Meowmy rescued me as a two-year-old stray from a garage, where she also found my litter of four kittens. Thank heavens she brought us all to the safe haven of her home. She has bestowed on me the “Momma Cat of the Year” award because I nursed not only my kittens but also multiple orphan kittens in my foster home. My motto was “No kittens without milk,” and Foster Meowmy will always be grateful for the R.N. (registered nursing) service I provided her. I definitely "earned my keep!"
Now that I’ve permanently retired from nurturing motherhood, I’m ready to delight my forever family with my world-class soccer finesse as I bat my toys around the room. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a young girl like me who's past the age of kitten frenzy. I'm much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your treasured accessories.

Bolt #brother-of-Tornado
DOB 3/4/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Bolt, a very sweet, friendly, and playful brown tabby fella who likes to chat with Foster Meowmy about how her day is going (or remind her when it’s chow time!). Foster Meowmy rescued my momma Blaze, my three siblings, and me from a garage when I was about three months old.
I love to pounce and tumble, climb and wrestle with my siblings -- especially with my sister Tornado since we are very bonded. When I grow up I want to be a professional stunt cat because I'm thrilled when I hear Foster Meowmy’s joyful exclamations and laughter as she watches our acrobatic roughhousing. As I overheard her tell a friend, “The entertainment value of Bolt and Tornado together is better than on their own.”
Now I’m ready to delight my forever family with my chatty conversations and my gymnastic stunts. Could that be with you? If you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting Tornado and me together. Two is more fun than one, and we can entertain you when you’re home and be playmates as well as cuddle buddies when you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

Breena #little-girl-big-opera-voice
DOB 4/12/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Breena, a soft, sweet, and loving red tabby gal who thrives on hooman affection and interaction. I like nothing better than a nice cuddle with Foster Meowmy. I’m a “Princess” with an operatic voice, which I engage whenever I want Meowmy’s attention, which is pretty much all of the time. I am a firm believer that Foster Meowmy is a living part of the furnishings. So I invented a nice trick of jumping up on her back whenever she’s bending over to scoop the litterbox or to pick up toys off the floor. Nothing like a bird’s-eye view to supervise Meowmy when she’s doing her chores!
When I was about 11 weeks old, I was saved just in the nick of time from the middle of a busy intersection by some brave rescuers. Since my momma and siblings were nowhere in sight, they brought me to HOPE for fostering. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy had some other kittens about my age and brought me into the fold. I’m the smallest of the group, so during playtime with my foster mates or with Foster Meowmy, I’m a bit shy and hang back tentatively at first. However, once I decide it’s time to jump into the ruckus, I’m all in!
Now I’m ready to bring my sweet little ball of fluff and sprinkle magic dust among my forever family. Could that be with you? Arrange to meet me today! I just might sing an aria from Carmen or Aida!
HOPE ID: 25-0705-S051

Brutus #looking-4-love
DOB 6/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Brutus, a sweet, innocently handsome, and playful grey tabby boy with white tuxedo markings. When my sister Claire and I were six weeks old, Foster Meowmy rescued us as strays from the neighborhood clubhouse. Claire and I were initially shy and reluctant to “make the first move” when we first arrived in the safe haven of our foster home. Admittedly it took me a while to warm up, but I soon learned how much fun and relaxing it is to lie on my back upon Foster Meowmy’s thighs while she strokes my tummy and massages my head. In fact, I often fall asleep in this position. I overheard Foster Meowmy tell someone, “Brutus is great once I’m holding him -- he turns to putty in my hands.”
But I’m no couch potato! No siree! I love to play with my toys -- especially the laser pointer, the ribbon on a stick toy, and anything that rolls.
Now I’m ready to “turn into putty” in the hands of my forever family. Could that be you? Although I again may take a while to warm up, I promise to be a cuddle bug to anyone. Arrange to meet me today! I'm ready for you to rub-a-dub-dub my tummy!
HOPE ID 25-0821-G189
Brutus’ $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

Bug #cuddle-queen
DOB 7/1/21
Hey there, everyone! I’m Bug, a sweet, snuggly, and sociable “bicolor” gal who’s mostly white with black on my head, saddleback, and tail. Don't you love my enormous green eyes? I’m a bona fide lap cat who frequently crawls up in Foster Meowmy’s lap, turns on my purr motor, and contentedly kneads “biscuits” for a while until I curl up for a snooze. I don’t hesitate to carry on conversations with Foster Meowmy as we go about our day because hooman interaction is the name of the game with me.
Although I’m fully grown, I’m petite enough to fool everyone into thinking that I’m a kitten because I’m just as playful as any younger feline! I bat around crinkle balls and catnip toys like a soccer pro, am fascinated with my peach-colored tower of balls, and display some magnificent airborne “alley-oops” as I lunge at the wand toy. That said, I appreciate a warm spot of sunshine on the windowsill for a well-deserved nap when I need to recharge my batteries after my energetic exploits.
I caught future Foster Meowmy’s attention when I started showing up as a friendly stray at a community-cat feeding station in her neighborhood. I was scared, starving, and victimized by the “regulars,” and when I willingly approached Foster Meowmy for food as well as hooman attention, she quickly surmised that I was someone’s lost or abandoned pet. Thank heavens she brought me to the safe haven of her home, and I fit in seamlessly to the luxurious indoor life without skipping a beat.
Now that I’ve gladly kissed the hardscrabble outdoor life good-bye, I’m ready to steal the hearts of my forever family. Is your lap just aching for a purring furball to lower your blood pressure? Then arrange to meet me! I promise to knead perfect biscuits for you while we binge on Animal Planet or Netflix.

Cassie #it-takes-a-village-momma
DOB 1/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Cassie, a calm, affectionate, and cuddly tuxedo gal with four white mittens whose favorite relaxing spot is snuggled against Foster Meowmy’s thigh as I soak in the quiet peace. I was a friendly stray who wandered around a neighborhood until a Good Samaritan started feeding me. When I turned up “heavily” pregnant although I was a five-month-old kitten myself, I was taken inside until I delivered my litter of five.
Like hot potatoes, my little family bounced around to the homes of several neighbors, but each one couldn’t keep us long-term for one reason or another. Yes, “it took a village” until we finally landed in the safe haven of our Foster Meowmy’s home, and she’s promised to find us all wonderful families through HOPE. Although there are no dogs or kids, I fit in nicely with the resident cats, and I’m pleased to say that I’m completely comfy when kids handle me at adoption events.
Now that I’ve permanently retired from nurturing motherhood, I’m ready to snuggle beside everyone in my forever family. Could that be you? And maybe you could spoil me just a little since I missed out on my carefree kittenhood? My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages of adopting a young gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your treasured accessories.

Charm #sister-of-Venus
DOB 11/22/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Charm, a super-sweet, snuggly, and playful brown tabby gal with white tuxedo markings who’s ready to steal your heart! I love to lie on Foster Meowmy’s lap with my belly up, and I make sure that my purr motor is turned up to high volume.
When my sister Venus and I were about three months old, a Good Samaritan found us at a southeast Houston gas station. Thank heavens she rescued us as friendly but orphaned strays because our momma was nowhere in sight. We eventually landed in the safe haven of our Foster Meowmy’s home, where we tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other until we’re exhausted and then collapse in a kitten puddle. As we gobble up all the yummy food now, the hardscrabble days of scrounging for food at the gas station are far away in our rear-view mirror.
Now I’m ready to bring my winsome personality to bewitch my forever family with my Charm. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! Although we’re available separately, Venus and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted together. We could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Cheddar #more-to-hug
DOB 1/8/23, weight 14 #
Hey there, everyone! I’m Cheddar, an affectionate, ultra-friendly, and cuddly red tabby fella who’s a muscular Gentle Giant through and through. Outgoing Mr. Congeniality that I am, I adore hoomans of all ages and happily greet guests whenever I meet them. Nothing makes me happier than to be right in the center of all the activity. Affection is my specialty, and I’ll eagerly head-butt people for their attention, weave around their legs, and purr with contentment just to be near them. When the day winds down, I’m happiest curled up beside someone on the couch as we binge on Netflix or Animal Planet together. At bedtime, I sleep snuggled next to my 7-year-old hooman sister.
But I’m no couch potato! No siree! Though fully grown, I still have plenty of kitten-like energy. I’m an athletic, playful cat who loves chasing wand toys and would thrive in a home that offers lots of enrichment. Sturdy cat furniture and a tall cat tower would be perfect for my climbing, stretching, and scratching needs. Curious, clever, and full of life, I love to explore my surroundings and stay right at the center of it all. True confessions: I have a spirited nature and sometimes I can be a little too rough with my 4-year-old sister if she doesn’t handle me as I prefer.
Foster Meowmy first met me as a friendly stray in an overcrowded apartment complex where the community cats weren’t safe or welcome. She assumes that I’d been someone’s’ pet before my deadbeat owner moved out and left me behind. Thank heavens she brought me to the safe haven of her home, and I was more than ready to kiss the hardscrabble outdoor life goodbye and move right into her cozy home filled with love, comfort, and plenty of pampering.
Now I’m ready to bring my warm, generous heart -- that’s as big as my personality -- to bless my forever family. If you have a penchant for handsome, outgoing, well-adjusted redheads with gentle green eyes and a splash of white on the chin and chest, I’m the man for you! Arrange to meet me today! Experience for yourself that I’ve never met a stranger!

Cheeto #bestie-of-Cheets
DOB 5/31/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Cheeto, an adorable, affectionate, and petite red tuxedo-tabby Manx mix gal, which means that I have a half-inch stubby tail and four white mittens and vest. What’s funny is that my stub looks like a Cheeto sprouting where my tail should be! I love to be the center of Foster Meowmy’s attention, so I happily cuddle with her and purr contentedly while she gently gives me head massages.
I’m the first of the kitties to jump on Foster Meowmy's bed to wake her up in the morning, and I continue throughout the day looking for moments when I can grab her attention for her to scratch my cheeks, chin, and ears. I'm always very curious to sample her food, and I’ve discovered that Cheerios and Goldfish are better treats than Temptations! My favorite part of the day is interactive playtime when Foster Meowmy waves the wand toy over my head for me to claw or bounces around the red laser dot for me to chase.
I was about seven weeks old with no momma or siblings in sight when Foster Meowmy noticed me hiding under someone’s car in her apartment complex. I was terrified and thought that all hoomans were scary monsters like the rest of the outdoor stray animals I’d been fending off. I figured that the best defense was a good offense, so when she first took me home, I played the nonaggressive but tough little cookie who growled whenever I felt threatened. Now that I’ve learned that I can trust her, Foster Meowmy is so impressed with the way I have opened up to spending quality time with her.
To my delight, Foster Meowmy had previously rescued another orphaned red-and-white tabby fella named Cheets, who is just two weeks older than I am. Gosh! We look so much alike that you would think we are siblings except Cheets is noticeably larger than I am. We have a blast tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. After a slow introduction, I also now enjoy chasing and playing with the three resident cats.
Now I’m ready to bring my stubby-tailed cuteness and attention-grabbing demands to my new family. Could that be you? Although we’re available separately, Cheets and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we were adopted together so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

Cheets #bestie-of-Cheeto
DOB 5/31/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Cheets, a friendly, affectionate, and playful “bicolor” fella, which means that I’m mostly white with red tabby on my head, “saddleback,” and tail. I adore spending quality time cuddling in Foster Meowmy’s lap because that’s where I can turn on my purr motor while she gently massages my head or scratches my cheeks, chin, and ears. In the mornings I like to snuggle in her bed with her and am content to lounge nearby when she’s busy at the computer during the day.
I’m a chatty guy who meows when it’s meal time and chirps when I want to play. My favorite part of the day is interactive playtime when Foster Meowmy waves the wand toy over my head or snakes it around the room for me to chase. I’m perfectly capable of entertaining myself
too and will dig in the cat-toy box until I find just what I’m looking for. Foster Meowmy gets a kick out of observing the way I get really excited as I bounce around the room to bat the toy like a pro soccer striker.
I was about two months old with no momma or siblings in sight when I started showing up at Foster Meowmy’s community-cat feeding station behind a strip club. I’m very food-motivated, so all it took was her serving wet food to convince me that I could trust her. When she first took me home, I was initially shy as I adjusted to life indoors. I’m happy to report that it didn’t take me long before I became the very vocal, loving lap cat that I am today.
To my delight, Foster Meowmy soon rescued another orphaned red-and-white tabby gal named Cheeto, who is just two weeks younger than I am. Gosh! We look so much alike that you would think we are related except that I am noticeably larger than she is. We have a blast tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. I’m also super-friendly towards but submissive to the three resident cats, although it hurts my feelings that they don’t always respond to my amiable overtures.
Now I’m ready to be the playful chatty-cat and loving purr-monster with my new family. Could that be with you? Although we’re available separately, Cheeto and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we were adopted together so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

Chompers #more-purrs-less-drama
DOB 3/3/25
Meet Chompers – don’t let her name fool you, this sweet tabby-and-white lady is more lover than fighter. Sure, she could chomp if she wanted to (Have you seen those majestic green eyes? Clearly she has superpowers), but in reality, she’s one of the gentlest kitties around.
Chompers is patient, tolerant, and full of love – the kind of cat who will graciously accept your affection, your weird nicknames, and even your questionable dance moves in the living room. She’s the total package: beautiful, kindhearted, and always down for a cuddle.
Basically, if you’ve been searching for a feline soulmate who won’t judge your life choices (but will silently raise an eyebrow with those emerald eyes), Chompers is your girl.

Claude #Monet
DOB 7/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Claude #Monet, a handsome blue and cream tabby fella who’s initially shy and reserved when I first meet you. However, since I’m addicted to treats, I soon warm right up to you, and it’s not long before we’re cuddling.
I’m one of the six in the #artist-colony litter who were found as orphans on the day we were born with no momma in sight. A Good Samaritan rescued us from an apartment complex and brought us to a nice mom-daughter team, who has lovingly cared for us since we were bottle babies. Vincent #Van-Gogh, Georgia #O’Keeffe, Botero #Fernando, Dali #Salvador, Diego #Rivera, and I have so much fun tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle.

Although we’re available separately, it’d be the cat’s meow if you’d consider adopting me with one of my siblings. Clementine #sister-of-Herb
DOB 9/29/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Clementine, a very sweet, silly, and chatty “bicolor” gal, which means that I’m mostly white with orange tabby on my face, “saddleback,” and tail. My initial shyness and skittishness have been overcome, which can mostly be attributed to my love for canned food which Foster Meowmy used to build my trust in her. Now I’m very curious but open up to new hoomans and things on my own terms. I’m devoted to my “big brother” Herb, and I look to him for reassurance before I venture out to try anything new. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle for a well-deserved catnap.
Foster Meowmy rescued my momma Rainbow as a friendly abandoned stray in her neighborhood and brought Rainbow inside to the safe haven of her home. Rainbow ended up already pregnant when she left the street life, but thank heavens we were born in foster care. Now I’m ready to bring my dainty sweetness and girlish chatter to blanket my forever family with joy and happiness. Could that be you? Because Herb and I are very bonded to each other and our symbiosis is mutually beneficial, Foster Meowmy is insisting that we be adopted together. Two is more fun than just one, and we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet us today!

Coal #brother-of-Ember
DOB 7/10/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Coal, a sweet, very mellow, and handsome Russian Blue mix fella who loves to play in the cat tunnel. I may be a big boy, but I’m still a kitten at heart.
My brother Ember and I were found in a neighborhood close to Foster Meowmy’s home when we were about 4 months old. Boy howdy! We were relieved that Foster Meowmy brought us to the safe haven of her home. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we cuddle.
Now I’m ready with my swarthy good looks and easygoing personality to bring joy and calm to my forever family. Could that be you? I hope you’ll consider adopting Ember and me together. Diego #Rivera
DOB 7/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Diego #Rivera, a handsome brown tabby fella with an innocent, cherubic face who’s initially shy and reserved when I first meet you. However, since I’m addicted to treats, I soon warm right up to you, and it’s not long before I’m cuddling in your lap or snuggling next to your thigh. I also love to play interactively with my Foster Meowmy and the wand toy as well as explore all around the house.

Domino #bonded-to-Daisy
DOB 7/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Domino, a super sweet, friendly, and affectionate Turkish Van mix fella who loves to come up and greet my hoomans. Like most Turkish Vans, I’m mostly white with black mainly on my head and tail. The Turks would call the large black spot on my right shoulder the fingerprint of Allay. What can I say but that I’m blessed? I’m one of the few kitties who actually adores being held, so when I approach my favorite hoomans, I’m inviting them to pick me up and shower me with attention.
On New Year’s Day, when I was about six months old, Foster Meowmy found my buddy Daisy and me abandoned in a cat bed on the curb in her neighborhood. Boy howdy! We were relieved that Foster Meowmy brought us to the safe haven of her home. Sharing rejection by our first owner has made Daisy and me very close, yet on the other hand, I’m not holding my first caretaker’s heartlessness against all hoomans. My unabashed friendliness and liking to be picked up easily demonstrate my resilience.
Now I’m ready to bless my forever family with my outgoing, loving, and buoyant spirit. When I come up to greet you, will you pick me up and love on me? Since we’re so strongly bonded, I hope you’ll consider adopting Daisy and me together. Two’s more fun than one, and we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Dumpling & Dim Sum #bonded-brothers
DOB 3/15/23
Meow! Meow, everyone! We’re Dumpling and Dim Sum, a bonded pair of brown-tabby brothers who are ultra-sweet, friendly, and affectionate. We love to cuddle with our hoomans almost as much as with each other. We’re a happy pair who’s always purring and making biscuits, whether we’re snuggled with each other or having our chins scratched in Foster Meowmy’s lap.
A Good Samaritan found us and dropped us off at PetSmart/Pearland, and thankfully our foster meowmy agreed to welcome us into her home until we can find a fantastic forever home. She’s insisting that we be adopted together because we’re inseparable best friends who love each other very much.
We fit into our foster home beautifully. We enjoy playing with each other as well as when Foster Meowmy interacts with us using a wand toy with enticing hanging balls. We’re also curious and love to explore, so watch those open cabinet and closet doors! We may sneak inside for a peek.
I heard Foster Meowmy tell someone, “It’s been amazing watching Dumpling and Dim Sum grow up into such fine young gentlemen. They’d be a wonderful addition to any family. We hate to see them go, but they deserve a forever home to share their abundant love with their forever owners.” Hope you’re convinced that you should arrange to meet us right away!

Felix #bonded-to-Squeakers
DOB 4/1/15
Hey there, everyone! I’m Felix, and I’m a very friendly, affectionate, and mellow “bicolor” fella, which means that I’m mostly white with black on my head, “saddleback,” and tail. I’m really quite handsomely marked with a big circular patch of black on my white left side. I’m crazy about Foster Meowmy because she coos over me, brushes me, and strokes me gently. I love to snuggle with her every night. I’m quite the soccer striker in that I like to bat around crinkle balls and catnip mice. I enjoy children because they will play with me.
I was living very happily with my “bestie” Squeakers in a home where we were really cherished. Unfortunately our hooman had some financial setbacks in this inflationary economy. When my future Foster Meowmy learned that my owner was going to be evicted, Foster Meowmy stepped up to the plate and offered to foster us until HOPE could find us a wonderful new home.
I adjusted quickly and smoothly to my new foster home. I’m an easy-going dude who gets along great with the resident cats. Although I haven’t been around dogs, I might do great with pooches too, with proper introductions.
Now I’m ready to bring my devoted affection and playful geniality to my forever family. Could that be with you? I still cuddle with Squeakers, so Foster Meowmy is hoping that we can be adopted together, although she would consider letting us be adopted separately. Arrange to meet me (and Squeakers, for that matter!) today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is you!

Finn #nose-kisser
TOTAL PEOPLE LOVER
DOB 6/19/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Finn, short for Finnegan BeginAgain, a sweet, affectionate, very sociable, and chatty Turkish Van mix fella who’s mostly white except for dashes of black on my face and tail. Actually my tail starts out white and transitions to black. Cool! And the Turks would say that the two black spots on my right side are the thumbprints of Allah.
I thrive on affection and happily return it with gentle nose kisses, sweet little licks, and high-volume purrs. I’m a true lap cat because my favorite place is curled up close to Foster Meowmy so I can soak in all the love that I can garner. But I’m no couch potato! No siree! I’m curious, silly and playful! I’ll chase just about any toy she gives me, and if she’s busy, I’ll make my own fun. I can keep myself, her, and the resident cats entertained for hours. Sometimes I get a little extra excited and give playful gummy nibbles, which are just part of my innocent, youthful feline charm.
Whether I’m asking to be picked up, inviting playtime, or requesting some well-deserved attention, I’m not shy to speak up. My soft, whispery meow often triggers a relaxing, tingling sensation from Foster Meowmy’s scalp down to her spine, a phenomenon that’s called ASMR. She testifies that this pleasant “brain massage” is truly relaxing. That is, until every now and then my meow turns into the cutest high-pitched squeak. I’m still figuring out my voice, okay? Once I’ve gotten her attention, my little chirps melt away into pure contentment. I also greet just about anyone because strangers are just friends who haven’t petted me yet.
Now I’m ready to bring my relaxing ASMR meows to relieve my future forever family’s stress and insomnia. Could that be you? Are you itching for a bevy of whiskered nose kisses? Or needing to be entertained by my pro-soccer maneuvers? Then arrange to meet me! My big heart is just as gigantic as my love for people, and all I need is YOU!

Florence & Frida #bonded-sisters
DOB 3/29/25
Hey there, everyone! We’re Florence and Frida, an inseparable pair of almost-identical tortoiseshell twin sisters. Our foster pawrents tell us apart because I (Frida) have white mittens on my front paws and high white boots on my back legs as well as a splash or apricot on my forehead. We were born in foster care to a stray momma who had been rescued, so we've been handled a lot from the get-go.
We both love it when our foster pawrents lavish us with loving attention. In fact, we expect to be cooed over! Once I (Florence) got comfy with my foster hoomans' coddling me, I was the first to vocalize my complaint when I noticed that they weren’t focusing enough on us; however, now I (Frida) am not afraid to add my voice to the choir in demanding more attention when we’ve been ignored.
I (Frida) am the leader of the two of us, so I’m usually the first to investigate new experiences, and I (Florence) usually follow not far behind. Our foster pawrents call us their little troublemakers, and we are making an effort to learn our boundaries and restrictions. It’s difficult to find us when we’re not together. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle.
Now we’re ready to bring our frenetic kitten energy, sociability, and mischief-making to our forever family. Could that be you? Our foster pawrents are insisting that we be adopted together so we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while our hoomans are at work or on vacation. We promise to be more fun than a barrel of monkeys! Arrange to meet us today!!

Frankie #bonded-to-Sweet-Peach
DOB 4/2/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Frankie, and I’m a sweet, friendly, easygoing, and gentle Bombay mix fella who knows my name and comes when Foster Meowmy calls me! I like it when Foster Meowmy holds me when she’s sitting down, but, like a lot of kitties, I’m not crazy about being picked up and carried around. Of course I luxuriate when she scratches my ears, cheeks, and chin. Like most Bombay mixes, I look like a little panther with my sleek, shiny black patent-leather coat and my copper-penny eyes.
Foster Meowmy trapped my foster buddy Sweet Peach and me because she thought we were feral kittens, but we ended up being friendly enough for her to keep us inside to try to socialize us instead of releasing us back outdoors after getting "fixed." Her efforts panned out, and we tamed up nicely after about a month. Although Sweet Peach and I are not littermates, we are very bonded to each other. We both love to play interactively with Foster Meowmy when she waves the wand toy over our heads or wiggles it around the room like a snake for us to chase. I’m a dominant male, and whereas Sweet Peach thinks I’m wonderful, there’s a good deal of tension when I’m around Foster Meowmy’s resident cats.
Now I’m ready to bring my sweet personality and panther-like good looks to my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! Although we’re available separately, consider adopting me with Sweet Peach. Two is more fun than one, and we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Godzilla #monster-duo
DOB 8/24/19
Howdy everyone! I’m Godzilla, a goofy, sassy, curious, and energetic brown tabby fella who’s proud of my monster-name. I may be a big boy like Godzilla, but I’m a sweet marshmallow at heart. I absolutely LOVE people and the cuddles that we share.
I get along great with the other gentle cats in my foster home as well as a service dog who drops by occasionally. I’m accustomed to the calm and quiet of my foster home, so I’d probably do best in a home without chaos and without kids.
During Tropical Storm Imelda, my sister Mothra and I, the #monster-duo, were found as orphan kittens with no momma in sight. My foster mom heard my crying on a driveway, and she says that I’ve continued to let everyone know my opinions ever since. I was the runt of my litter and was bottle-fed by my foster pawrents. Boy did I love my bottle!
Those “nursing” sessions ended up being a great time to bond with my humans and probably explain why I’m so sociable with people. The bottle has now been replaced with cat treats, which have probably contributed to my “plus-size.”
If you’re looking for a friendly feline companion who’s past the mayhem of kittenhood, I’m your man! Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart.

Han #take-charge
DOB 4/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Han, a sweet, friendly, outgoing, and playful grey tabby fella who loves everyone – hoomans of all ages, dogs (at least the small ones whom I’ve met), and other kitties. I have the temperament of a natural leader, and small as I am, I like to stay in charge of the situation. That’s why –when I decide that I want to – I get up on the sofa with Foster Meowmy so we can binge on Netflix and Animal Planet together.
Foster Meowmy rescued me from hanging around a dumpster in New Caney. An orphan with no momma or siblings in sight, I was only one month old and living the hardscrabble life at a much-too-young age. Once I arrived to my foster home, I was welcomed by the other cats and little dogs, who have served as my surrogate aunts and uncles and taught me everything my momma would’ve taught me if she’d been around.
Although I like it here, I know I need a home of my very own where I’ll have fewer kitties to compete with my hooman’s attention. So now I’m all ready to “graduate” to my forever home. If you like spunky kittens who have leadership qualities, a.k.a. a mind of their own and a take-charge attitude, I’m the dude for you! Arrange to meet me today!

Henry #rags-to-riches
DOB 9/1/22
Hey there, everyone! I’m Henry, a sweet, gentle, easygoing bicolor fella, which means that my thick, plush coat is mostly white with gray tabby on my head, saddleback, and tail. I’m an expert nap enthusiast who always looks forward to my next adventure in the dream world!
I was a stray who looked “worse for the wear” when I started hanging out in my future foster meowmy’s yard. Hoomans, other cats, and life in general had not treated me well in the past, so I was hesitant to trust Foster Meowmy. She was extremely patient with me, however, and soon realized that the way to my heart was through my stomach. As she wooed me with yummy food, I eventually allowed her to bring me inside. It didn’t take me long to realize the great gratitude that I owed my foster family, so I’ve become quite sociable now that I’m an indoor cat who enjoys all the amenities of being inside.
When Foster Meowmy got me fully vetted, she discovered that I not only had an itchy skin infection (which she treated) but also I was positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV+), which I probably contracted from the deep bite wound from another cat. It was heartbreaking news, but I knew I could continue being the strong survivor I’ve always been. Since FeLV can be passed on "casually" by sharing food bowls and litter boxes, I should be kept separate from other household cats. Solitude has never been an issue for me as I rather enjoy the luxury of my relaxation time. Of course, it would be perfect if I could be adopted into a home with another FeLV+ kitty who needs a companion!
Now that I’m fat and sassy, I’m ready to become the cushion connoisseur in my new family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! I promise to halve your sorrows and double your joys if you take me home with you!

Herb #brother-of-Clementine
DOB 9/29/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Herb, a very outgoing, affectionate, and silly tuxedo with white mittens, vest, and belly who is just mischievous enough to still be cute. I’m a smart and curious fella who absolutely loves people as well as my sister Clementine. I’m the proverbial “big brother” who always looks out for Clementine and reassures her that I’m there for her.
Rainbow ended up already being pregnant when she came indoors, but thank heavens we were born in foster care. Now I’m ready to bring my friendly nature and innocent mischief to brighten my forever family. Could that be you? Because Clementine and I are very bonded to each other and our symbiosis is mutually beneficial, Foster Meowmy is insisting that we be adopted together. Two is more fun than just one, and we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet us today!

Indy #copper-penny-eyes
DOB 9/1/21
Howdy everyone! I’m Indy, a handsome, easy-going black DSH/Bombay mix dude with a sleek, shiny patent-leather coat and big, copper-penny eyes. It took me a while to learn that being petted, chin scratches, and lap time with my foster dad might just be a good thing. My momma Luna led the way, so I started curling up on my foster dad’s warm chest for a quick power nap and discovered that it was pretty delightful.
My favorite pastimes include following my foster dad into the bathroom (Bombay mixes can be very dog-like), looking handsome, and watching the world go by as I bask in a patch of sunshine on a windowsill. My favorite likes are dry food, toys with tassels, and warm beds. Arrange to meet me today. Find out if YOUR chest could be my next napping station!

Jasper #car-stowaway
DOB 4/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Jasper, a cuddly, extremely playful, and curious brown tabby fella with strong mackerel stripes that make me look like an exotic jungle cat. I’m a very friendly and sociable guy who loves people, especially Foster Meowmy. That’s because she scratches my head just the way I like it – gently and endlessly. If it’s cuddle time, I don’t hesitate to poke my paw at her to remind her that I’m due for those glorious head massages. I can be a Velcro kitty who likes to stick close to her so much that I follow her around just to be in the same room with her. I’m not demanding, but sometimes I like to rub my pheromones on her legs just to remind her that I’m there. Occasionally I wake up and crawl up to be right next to her or lie on top of her.
Foster Meowmy calls me her “certified yapper” because I’ll talk her arm off if I’m bored or lonely. And I don’t hesitate to give her my opinion on something when I’m exploring new spaces, toys, and even my siblings’ tails! Yes, I’m an extremely curious guy who continues to investigate and observe my surrounding world – long after my siblings have crashed and burned. In fact, I have gotten so seriously focused on my explorations that I’ve jumped straight in the air when Foster Meowmy surprised me by touching me. Always ready to play, I’m a frisky dude who’s obsessed with baby mice, crinkle balls, and spring toys. Another time that I “meow” to Foster Meowmy is to enlist her assistance in finding my favorite toys that I’ve lost.
My feral momma birthed Obsidian, Onyx, Topaz, and me underneath the seat of an old car parked in a used-car business. Foster Meowmy’s finding us might never have happened if she hadn’t been trying to rescue another set of kittens whom another feral momma had birthed outside of Foster Meowmy’s house. The other momma had moved her litter from Meowmy’s yard to a few doors down to the used-car business. Imagine Meowmy’s surprise when she found not only the kittens she’d been tracking under the driver’s seat but also my litter under the passenger’s seat!! When we were seven weeks old and could eat on our own, Foster Meowmy gathered up both of our stowaway litters and brought us all inside to the safe haven of her home.
Now I’m ready to bring my affectionate cuddling, Velcro companionship, and endearing chatter to my forever family. Could that be you? Will you help me find my lost toys? Arrange to meet me today, and if you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting me with one of the other #car-stowaways. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted as a pair so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Jax #chunky-gent
DOB 1/11/23, weight 13 #
Hey everyone! I’m Jax, a very sweet, loving, and handsome 13-pound “bicolor” gray tabby fella with gorgeous pale green eyes and a cute brown half-moustache on my left lip. “Bicolor” means that I’m mostly white with tabby on my face, saddleback, and tail. Don’t let my size fool you because I’m a sensitive, naïve “gentle giant” who loves to nestle in Foster Meowmy’s lap while she gently scratches my chin, cheeks, and chin. (I don’t like her to rub my belly!) I cherish our bonding time when we interactively play together with the wand toy.
My brothers Jerry, Tomm, and I, a.k.a. #3-mousketeers, were less than a year old when we showed up as homeless strays in Foster Meowmy’s neighborhood. Initially she trapped, neutered, and released us. After about a year of feeding us, when her last foster kitten had been adopted, she decided that, with a little time and patience, we’d make wonderful indoor companions. I was a little shy in the beginning, and It did take a few weeks for me to feel comfy and secure in my new “digs,” but once I realized how much she loved me (thanks to Churus squeezable treats!), I’m now all hers!! I get along great with the other resident cats as well as her cat-friendly dogs.
Now I’m ready to be the big, tender brute who ensconces myself on the laps of my forever family. Could that be you? All that I ask is your patience as I take a few days to feel safe and loved in my new environment. I just need to confirm that you are as trustworthy as Foster Meowmy has been. A home with small children might not be appropriate because I prefer to be petted gently, and if a kid were too rough or abrupt when they stroked me, I might react defensively to tell them “Stop it! You’re scaring me!” Arrange to meet me today! I can’t wait to meet you!

Journey #snuggly-bedfellow
DOB 2/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Journey, a cuddly, adventurous, and playful “bicolor” fella, which means that I’m mostly white with black on my head, saddleback, and tail. I enjoy snuggling with Foster Meowmy when it’s time for bed. I’m an inquisitive fella who likes go on adventures to explore every crook and cranny in the whole house.
Foster Meowmy rescued me in her neighborhood as a teenage orphan stray with no momma or siblings in sight. When I came up with FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), Foster Meowmy successfully nursed me back to health with the effective new treatment that the vet prescribed. I’m one of the growing numbers of kitties who now survive FIP, and I’m so grateful to be alive after my harrowing medical “journey!”
I fit into the feline-family dynamics of my foster home quite well. I love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with the other foster kitties, and when we’re exhausted, we snuggle. I will say that I’m not a big fan of the resident dogs, however. Now I’m ready to bless my forever family with my affectionate, curious, and frisky personality. May I cuddle with you at bedtime? Arrange to meet me today!

Karma #car-stowaway
DOB 4/13/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Karma, a cuddly, affectionate, and loving tortoiseshell gal who relishes it when Foster Meowmy lavishes me with attention, especially constant face kisses as well as head and chest massages. Of course, in typical tortietude, everything has to be on my terms. Sometimes, when I’m in the mood for loving, I have to paw at Foster Meowmy to tell her just the sweet spot where I want her to pet me. Other times I have to remind Foster Meowmy of my sweet presence when I see one of my siblings getting her love instead of me.
When I’m in a caressing mood and I see Foster Meowmy lying down, I’ll run up to snuggle right next to her, often draping my arm over hers. On the other hand, if I’m the one who’s asleep and Foster Meowmy comes to cuddle up next to me, I immediately start purring in anticipation of her giving me some affection. It’s fine with me if Foster Meowmy holds me briefly, but I’ll meow when I’m ready to get down. And I’m no couch potato! No siree! I love to play hide-and-seek and tag as well as roll around in my beloved catnip. True confessions: I’m almost always a sweetie, but sometimes I nibble on Foster Meowmy, including her toes!
After my feral momma birthed Jupiter, Pluto, Opal, and me outside of Foster Meowmy’s house, Momma moved us through an open window to inside a neighbor’s car . . . and then again a few doors down to a used-car business. Imagine Foster Meowmy’s surprise when she looked inside an old car and found not only us under the driver’s seat but also another litter of four kittens under the passenger’s seat!! When we were five weeks old and could eat on our own, Foster Meowmy gathered up both of our stowaway litters and brought us all inside to the safe haven of her home.
Now I’m ready to jump in the laps of my forever family and then luxuriate in their hugs, cuddles, and kisses. Could I be the next “baby” you shower with attention? Arrange to meet me today, and if you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting me with one of the other #car-stowaways. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted as a pair so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Lilly #mini-panther
DOB 9/10/17
Hey there, everyone! I’m Lilly a sweet, friendly Bombay mix gal, a mini-panther with big amber eyes, who comes running when Foster Meowmy calls my name! That’s because I know what’s in store -- either petting or yummy treats. Foster Meowmy knows just how to scratch the top of my head, ears, chin, and cheeks so that I’m in ecstatic bliss. However, like most kitties, I’m not a big fan of being picked up and held. I’m great with most people, dogs, and other cats, although, when necessary, I’m independent enough to keep to myself and not be too “needy.”
When I was barely more than a kitten myself, I ran into future Foster Meowmy’s apartment one rainy day, hid under her bed, and gave birth to four kittens a few hours later. When Foster Meowmy got me fully vetted, she discovered that I was positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV+), which I probably contracted from the deep bite wound from another cat. (Unlike Feline Leukemia, FIV is NOT passed on "casually" by sharing food bowls and litter boxes with other household cats.) Being FIV positive means that I should live an average life span as long as my dental health is routinely monitored and prompt attention is given to any urinary-tract or upper-respiratory infections.
Now that HOPE has a few pet-store partners who allow FIV+ kitties to come to adoption events, Foster Meowmy hopes that I can find my forever home. Since I get along with most two-legged and four-legged critters, there are lots of homes where I’d fit like a glove. Since I’d been used to (and loved!) being outside before I met Foster Meowmy, I’ve never been a big fan of being indoors. It would be great if I could find a home with a screened window or “catio” where I could feel close to the outdoors while still remaining safe and sound. Arrange to meet me today! Let’s write new chapters in our lives together!

Lily #resilient-sweetheart
DOB 10/12/23
Hey there, everyone! I’m Lily, a sweet, gentle, and loving brown tabby girl with a delightfully “grouchy” face that gives the iconic internet celebrity Grumpy Cat a run for her money. I absolutely adore Foster Meowmy, especially when she gently scratches my cheeks, chin, and ears, and it’s my privilege to be her calm, quiet companion.
You see, I’ll always be grateful to Foster Meowmy, who rescued me from a crowded outdoor event where people were kicking me and almost running over me with their bikes. Thank heavens she took me to the safe haven of her home, and I can’t tell you how thankful I was that I’d landed in a calm, comforting environment. Foster Meowmy did her due diligence and traced my microchip to the previous owner who had adopted me but, after he was evicted, dumped me in the park and didn’t want me back.
Each day I bloom a little more because I have the satisfaction of knowing that my past difficulty, loss, and change are all behind me and a bright future, full of kindness, lies ahead. Despite all that I’ve endured, Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday because my heart remains soft and full of love.
Now I’m ready to bring my gentle serenity and calm companionship to my loving future family whose hearts have been touched by my past abandonment and who will cherish me forever. For my part, I’m unbelievably resilient, so I’m not looking back at my past mistreatment and rejection but ahead to the beautiful life destined for me, where I’ll be “home for good.” Yes, I’ve endured more than any cat ever should, but I’m ready to give my heart to a family who enthusiastically believes in second chances.

Lily #seeks-out-affection
DOB 3/31/20
Hey there, everyone! I’m Lily, a very sweet, loving, calm, and gentle brown tabby gal who loves to be petted and who seeks out my foster hooman family when I want their love. There’s nothing like getting my “affection fix” when someone scratches my ears, chin, and ears. I’ll always be grateful that Foster Meowmy took me in, along with my five kittens, when a friend found us in her neighborhood. I was a super nurturing momma and even adopted a tiny unweaned orphan kitten when he joined our foster home.
I fit in nicely with the resident adult cats and foster kittens. Although I get along with the family dog, I get understandably scared when she barks. Now that I’ve permanently retired from motherhood, I’m ready to devote my time to loving and nurturing my forever hooman family in their hopefully quiet, peaceful home. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! By the way, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten frenzy. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your treasured accessories.

Little Bobbie #bestie-of-Tango
DOB 4/7/22
Hello everyone! I’m Little Bobbie, and I’m an adorable, petite dilute gray tabby with white mittens and locket. Don’t you love my sweet, angelic face? I was a two-week-old orphan, covered in leaves and sticks, when I was rescued from a field. Neighbors had witnessed dogs chasing away my momma; alas, she never re-appeared. Several cat lovers took me inside and bottle-fed me along with several other bottle-babies who were my same age.
I have so much fun playing with my surrogate siblings. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other, and when we’re exhausted from all the fun, we collapse in a kitten puddle. The three resident cats have acted as my surrogate aunts and uncles who have taught me everything my momma would’ve taught me if she’d been around. I also get along great with the two big dogs in my foster home, so there are a lot of households where I would fit like a glove.
Although we’re available separately, my foster mate Tango and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we were adopted together. That way we could keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU!

Little Turkey #buffet-bunch
DOB 5/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Little Turkey, a sweet, loving, playful, and curious Classic brown tabby gal who has intriguing marble swirls on my sides instead ot the usual mackerel tabby stripes. I love to explore and be the first to try a new toy. I was initially shy when I arrived at my foster home and was reluctant for Foster Meowmy to pick me up. Now that she has earned my trust with her patience and consistency, I absolutely adore snuggling in her arms.
My brothers, Sushi and Porkchop, and I were christened the #buffet-bunch because we followed our feral momma across the street to chow down at a community cat feeding station. We were about three months old when our foster meowmy scooped us up and brought us to the safe haven of our foster home so that we didn’t need to fend for ourselves any more. I got my name Little Turkey because I was the smallest and the only girl in my litter. I can proudly boast that girls are smarter than boys because I outwitted the HOPE volunteers who were trying to rescue us and was the last of the #buffet-bunch to be captured.
We love the soft beds, wand toys, crinkle balls, catnip mice, and brimming food/water bowls that go along with indoor life. These amenities make us feel like we’re living in a five-star hotel compared to the hardscrabble life of a stray. Our carefree life consists of tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other. I particularly like playing on the cat tree, whether it is chasing my brothers up and down the poles and ledges or playing hide and seek in the cubbyholes. When we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. What a bright future we have ahead of us as pampered kittens in loving homes!
Speaking of forever homes – now I’m ready to bring my inquisitiveness and kitten playfulness to my new family. Could that be your family? Consider adopting me with one of my siblings so we can be cuddle buddies and playmates while you are at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

Loki #dont-forget-me
DOB 9/4/20
Meet Loki – the Gentle Giant with the Tippy-Toe Socks! Loki is a big, handsome brown tabby boy with the cutest little white socks and a heart that’s even bigger than his paws. After being left behind when his former owner moved away, Loki bravely survived on the streets for an entire year. Despite that heartbreak, he never lost his faith in people -- or his love for affection.
Loki has the most endearing habit: he’ll softly reach out a paw, as if to tap you and say, “Excuse me… don’t forget about me.” It’s his gentle reminder that he’s ready for pets, love, and maybe a spot right next to you.
This sweet boy is calm, friendly, and incredibly kind-natured. He’s the type who wants to be near you, soaking up attention, and offering quiet companionship in return. Loki isn’t demanding -- just hopeful, loving, and eager to finally belong again. If you’re looking for a gentle soul with a resilient heart and the softest paw-taps of affection, Loki is ready to reach out . . . straight into your life.

Lollis #great-playmate-for-kids
DOB 8/26/22
Hey there, everyone! I'm Lollis, a very affectionate, delightful, playful “torbie” gal which means that I'm a brown tabby with patches of peach that makes me look like I was splashed with caramel in a candy factory. I can't get enough time to spend with Foster Meowmy, so I sleep with her and am always asking her for cuddles, especially when I don't have to compete with the resident cats for her attention. Although my independent, freedom-loving spirit has proven helpful in dealing “as needed” with the dogs, other cats, and kids in my foster home, my innate friskiness has made me a perfect companion for those same kids.
I’ve been very bonded to Foster Meowmy ever since she spotted me at her jobsite as a seven-month-old stray kitten who had no momma or siblings in sight. Realizing that Foster Meowmy was my ticket to a life that was better than dumpster diving, I wasted no time and ran up to her. She scooped me up and drove home with me cuddled in her lap. Yes, our special connection began on that unforgettable journey. To this day, in those cherished moments when I need a little snuggle, it’s Foster Meowmy to whom I turn when I seek cuddling.
I hope that my heartwarming rescue story has touched your heart. Yes, I chose Foster Meowmy, and now it's time for you to choose me to be your next feline companion. I want to become an integral part of your life and make every day an adventure worth sharing. Arrange to meet me today, and let's form a bond that's unbreakable! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your family heirlooms.

Lu #whiskered-shadow
DOB 4/9/21
Hey there, everyone! I’m Lu, a sweet and affectionate “Velcro” tortoiseshell gal who likes to stick close to my Foster Meowmy 24/7 so I can soak up as much affection as I can garner. This could be “bunting” (head-bumping) Foster Meowmy to get her attention, snuggling next to her while she’s in bed, or supervising her cooking in the kitchen. (Any treats up there for me?) My favorite pastime is lounging in Foster Meowmy’s lap as she scratches my chin, cheeks, and chin while we leisurely binge on Animal Planet and Netflix. Although I admittedly beg for her to pet me, like many kitties, I let her know if the hugging and kissing get out of hand – my terms are that a little goes a long way.
I was very pregnant when Foster Meowmy rescued me from the community cat feeding station near her apartment complex. Thank heavens she brought me into the safe haven of her home so that my six kittens were born in foster care a few weeks later. I’ve come a long way since my arrival as a timid teenage momma to be Foster Meowmy’s whiskered shadow, and now I’m ready to become the adoring constant companion of my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! I have so much love to give – all I need is YOU! Incidentally, adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem has its advantages. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your treasured accessories.

Luna #full-of-surprises
DOB 5/2/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Luna, the adorable tortoiseshell gal with a typical sassy “tortitude.” I’m a girl of dichotomies – I’m very calm most of the time – until I burst out with playful energy. I love to be petted – until I’ve been handled too long. I used to like grooming my two kittens – until I want to be alone for a nap in the bathroom sink. You get the picture.
I was only ten months old when my kittens were born in Foster Meowmy’s neighborhood. My little family was found under a house when my babies were about three months old. Foster Meowmy’s the neighborhood cat lady, so it made sense that she brought all of us to the safe haven of her home. I was a great teenage momma, but I have to say that I’m relieved that I’m permanently retired from doting motherhood.
Now I’m ready to bring my youthful energy and paradoxical opinions – all part of my “tortitude” – to spice up the life of my new family. Could that be with you? Arrange to meet me! I’ll show you how sweet I can be when you scratch my cheeks, chin, and ears – and then jump up to chase the feathered wand toy when you whirl it in the air and wiggle it around the room. I think you’ll like it that I’m always full of surprises.

Magic #smoke-tuxedo
DOB 8/16/22
Mew! Mew, everyone! I’m Magic, a very quiet, gentle, and sweet gal who’s very uniquely colored because I’m what’s called a “smoke tuxedo.” This means that I’ve got the usual tuxedo markings of a white bib, chin, mittens, and belly, but my black fur has white roots, which can only be seen when my hair follicles are parted. I’m a princess who’s ravishingly beautiful, if I do say so myself. Plus I’ve got an adorable penchant for licking people’s hands and feet, and I love to nap in the sun.
My momma was heavily pregnant outside a country Dollar Store in the middle of nowhere when she was rescued by a HOPE volunteer. Just in the nick of time because my litter was born a few days after momma arrived in our foster home! My brother Max and I were adopted as kittens through HOPE, but unfortunately our family returned us through no fault of our own. So here I am an beautiful, adorable adult kitty who needs a new home.
Sometimes I can be a little quiet and shy because I’ve been a bit disrupted by being juggled among several homes. I’d do best if I were adopted into a quiet home without dogs, other cats, or young children. Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a girl like me who's past the stage of kitten mayhem. I'm much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your treasured accessories.

May #personality-plus
DOB 3/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m May, a fun-loving, curious, and playful brown tabby gal who loves hooman companionship and all the accompanying stroking and gentle massages. I’m full of personality, which includes – true confessions – being feisty and having a cat-itude at times. No worries – it’s like I’m a tortie on the inside with a brown tabby coat on the outside. If you’ve had cats before, you’ll get the picture.
A Good Samaritan rescued me, along with my feral momma and my sister April, from an apartment complex where we were living paw-to-mouth. Realizing that April and I were friendly, Foster Meowmy agreed to bring us into the safe haven of her home and help us find forever homes. I’ve been delighted that she’s introduced me to the amenities of indoor life, which includes Churus squeezable treats, catnip, and soft kitty beds! Once inside, my favorite pastime has been playing with April.
Now I’m ready to bring my personality-plus to my forever hooman companion in exchange for scratches on my ear, chin, and cheeks. What a bargain, huh? Arrange to meet me today! Let’s write a new chapter in our lives together!

Michi-Michi #craves-attention-&-affection
DOB 10/3/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Michi-Michi, who’s as sweet as the incredible cookies at San Diego’s famous Michi-Michi Bakery! I’m a gentle, loving, affectionate, and cuddly tuxedo gal who luxuriates in any affection that Foster Meowmy has time to bestow on me. I especially like it when she scratches my ears, chin, and cheeks. A loving lap cat, I enjoy when we exchange face kisses as well as stories about how our day has been going.
Although I’m usually pretty low-energy, I do enjoy playtimes, especially when Foster Meowmy interacts with me using the wand toy or entices me with strings to chase. When she’s not around so we can snuggle and binge on Netflix or Animal Planet together, I’m entranced with YouTube cat videos of scampering squirrels or hopping birds as they feast before my eyes.
I used to belong to someone, but somehow we got separated. I can’t remember if I left the safety of my indoor home myself or if my former owner dumped me outside before moving away. I’ve repressed my early life, so it’s a blur. Anyway, when I was about ten months old, I started showing up as a shy, cautious stray who ran around on Foster Meowmy’s street. I had learned from the hard knocks of the hardscrabble life to be wary of getting too close to strangers, so I always evaded Foster Meowmy -- until she started leaving yummy food out for me. Even then, I waited until I knew she was inside before I slowly came over to gobble up my meal. I kept my distance, but I was always there, quietly watching from across the street.
All that changed one day when memories of trusting my past hooman caretaker jogged into my conscious, and I bravely approached this bestower of scrumptious meals to request her touch. Ah, the ecstasy! I was full of faith and love when I rolled over onto my back and invited her to rub my belly. Receiving the affection that I craved was a happy, emotional moment for me. It was the first day in the rest of my renewed life!
Now I’m ready to bestow my tender loving affection on my forever family. Could that be you? If you’re looking for a beautiful, young tuxedo gal to protect and cherish as you surround her with love, I readily volunteer! Arrange to meet me today!!

Mikey #he-eats-anything
DOB 5/18/22
Hey there, everyone! I’m Mikey, a sweet, friendly, curious, playful, and entertaining “bicolor,” which means that I'm mostly white with grey tabby on my head, back, and tail. I got my name from a 1972 Quaker Oaks “Mikey Likes It” commercial of a toddler who would “eat anything.” That’s me, and I’m not ashamed at all! There are cats starving in China, so no food should be tossed out!
You see, my family moved out of their apartment and left me behind to fend for myself outside. I’m a happy-go-lucky kind of guy, so I made the best of my situation. I enjoyed climbing trees, chasing squirrels, and following folks when they walked their dogs. I assumed that an open apartment door was an invitation for me to mosey on in, and everyone adored me. Only problem was, nobody wanted to adopt a stray cat, which is what I really wanted. So “I ate anything” until my future foster meowmy decided that she wanted to foster me until she could find me my forever home with a family who’d never abandon me again.
Here I am in my foster home, happy as a lark with the other kitties. I love to cuddle beside Foster Meowmy as we binge on Netflix and Animal Planet, and when she heads for bed, I curl up at her feet. And boy howdy! I love to entertain my hoomans when we interactively play with feather wand-toys and laser pointers as well as when I play soccer with my crinkle balls and catnip mice. I’d be a great kids’ playmate as long as they knew that I don’t like to be picked up.
Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a kitty like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your treasured accessories.

Miles #mr-congeniality
DOB 4/20/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Miles, a super-friendly, outgoing, and loving grey and white tuxedo fella who is also handsomely debonair. In fact, I have a magnetism that makes me pretty irresistible. Maybe it’s my piercing eyes or my captivating smile. I am very bonded to my sister Coco. Actually, she is extremely shy with hoomans, so I am the big brother who gives her the confidence she needs.
We were born to a feral momma at an apartment complex in west Houston that had an out-of-control problem with community cats. Fortunately a HOPE TNR volunteer caught us when we were very young and brought us to our wonderful foster home. We get along great with the two resident cats, who coach us on the manners our momma would’ve taught us if she were still around. Coco and I have a blast tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other. It looks like a World Cup soccer match when we start batting crinkle balls and catnip mice around the room during our keep-away playtimes. When we’re exhausted from our frenetic activity, we collapse in a kitten puddle.
Now I’m ready to capture the hearts of my forever family with my winsome congeniality and swarthy good looks. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today!

Milly #sister-of-Rye
DOB 5/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Milly, a very sweet, sassy, and playful “tuxedo torbie” (tabby/tortoiseshell with a white vest and mittens) who loves to give Foster Meowmy kisses! Torbies look like fallen leaves because, whereas a tortoiseshell has black mixed with apricot patches, I have brown tabby mixed with orange tabby patches. The result is really quite colorful and striking -- especially when combined with my white tuxedo markings!
One cold, rainy night when my sister Rye and I were six weeks old, Foster Meowmy found us with no momma in sight as we cowered and shook, hiding underneath her air conditioner. We’d been fighting to survive the hardscrabble life, so needless to say, we were relieved when she brought us to the safe haven of her home. Although we were both initially overwhelmed to be in our new family environment, I emerged as the bold, savvy leader, and Rye as my shy follower. Foster Meowmy is an experienced cat lady who knew to allow us to warm up to her at our own pace, and sure enough, it wasn’t long before first I and then Rye realized that hoomans are the source of much love, attention, and yummy food/treats.
Rye and I spend our days tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling, and when we’re exhausted we collapse in a kitten puddle. I love interactive play sessions with Foster Meowmy as she swirls the wand toy over my head, and then I snuggle in her lap. Although I get along great with the male resident cat, my ideal home will be calm and without kids or female cats.
Now I’m ready to bring my sassy “torbie-tude” and kitten playfulness to spice up my forever family with joy and happiness. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! Although we’re available separately, Rye and I think it would be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted together. That way we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Minu #Velcro-kitty
DOB 5/19/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Minu, a sweet, beautiful, friendly, and affectionate gray tabby gal with striking tuxedo markings and big gold eyes. My priority is hanging out with my foster family of hoomans wherever they are. Since I’m addicted to their petting me, I increase my chances of a good cheek scratch or ear massage if I’m close by or sleeping with someone.
A Good Samaritan found me in a school yard as an orphan stray with no momma or siblings in sight. Fortunately I was brought to a foster home with a nursing momma cat who could teach me all the manners that my birth momma would’ve taught me if she’d been around. Plus I became best friends with Kimchi, another solo orphan kitten who’s exactly my age. Not only do we love to tease the adult resident cats, but we have a ball tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling until we’re exhausted and collapse in a kitten puddle. I also get along with the family dog and even allow her to groom me.
Now I’m ready to bring my sweet congeniality and kitten friskiness to my new forever family. Could that be you? I may be a little shy at first, but if you give me time to feel comfy with all the new people in my new environment, it won’t be long at all before I warm up just like I did in my foster home. Arrange to meet me today!

Missy Longstocking #docile-lapcat
DOB 4/15/22
Meow! Meow, everyone! I’m very, very sweet, friendly, and curious Missy Longstocking, a sleek, elegant harlequin gal with big jade-globe eyes and who’s mostly white with large patches of dark gray. Foster Meowmy named me “Longstocking” because I’m tall with graceful legs that look to be wearing gray stockings. Meowmy is amazed that I don’t have one ounce of “catitiude,” and I heard her exclaiming that I’m the most docile cat she’s ever met.
Although I’m not a big fan of being picked up, I happily curl up in Foster Meowmy’s lap and turn on my purr motor, which sounds like a perking coffeepot. We then enjoy prime-time together as she gently brushes me or offers me squeezable treats. But I’m no couch potato! No siree! I adore interactive play as Foster Meowmy waves the fishing-wand toy over my head because I can show off my acrobatic prowess as I lunge and pounce on my “prey.”
I have quite a dangerous backstory. A Good Samaritan was driving down Beltway 8 when she spotted me, partially inside a bag, as I huddled in the median. Thank heavens that she’s not scared of much, so she pulled over and quickly grabbed me as cars whizzed by. When we got home, she saw that I was a little bruised, nicked, and scraped as well as very traumatized but overall healthy and uninjured.
I tolerate the other cats in my foster home, but I definitely don’t love them. I haven’t been around kids, but I was fine around a small, polite dog. Since I’m friendly and well-adjusted, I might be very compatible with well-behaved children and cat-friendly dogs.
If you’re searching for a beautifully marked lady-long-legs who looks like a thoroughbred racehorse, I’m your gal! Arrange to meet me so we can exchange warm cuddles and you can guess the decibels on my purr motor. Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a young kitty like me who's past the mayhem of kitten craziness. I'll cause less chaos in your home and not be as likely to break your treasured accessories.

Mothra #monster-duo
DOB 8/24/19
Well hello everyone! I’m Mothra, a smart, gregarious, curious brown tabby "princess" with white tuxedo markings. I was named after a giant flying moth that was a popular "heroic" monster in horror films. I absolutely LOVE people and the cuddles that we share. I’m a “talker” who chirps and trills for everyone when I greet them, and then I plop down to receive a good belly rub.
I get along great with the other gentle cats in my foster home as well as a service dog who drops by occasionally. I’m accustomed to the calm and quiet of my foster home, so I’d probably do best in a home without chaos and without kids.
During Tropical Storm Imelda, my brother Godzilla and I, the #monster-duo, were found as orphan kittens with no momma in sight. Although I'm available separately, it would be the cat’s meow if I could be adopted with Godzilla so we could keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, chatty princess who’s past the mayhem of kittenhood, I’m your girl! Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart.

Ms Ethel #low-maintenance
DOB 5/1/23
Ms Ethel is a sweet mittened torbie who, although she prefers not to be picked up, will come over to you for petting and snuggling. Ms Ethel is a stately kitty who is independent and can go hours on end without needing humans. She's simply a low-maintenance kind of gal.
Ms Ethel was brought into HOPE when an elderly couple found her and her newborn babies in their backyard. Completely soaked and very hungry, the kitties needed immediate help. A foster stepped up and took in the forlorn family. Fast forward months later, and all the kitties have been adopted with only Momma left.
Can Ms Ethel bring her sweet, undemanding ways to take the bite out of your being alone? Or bring some quiet companionship after your long, hectic day at the office? If so, arrange to meet her so you can give her some much-appreciated scratches and snuggles. Just because she’s independent of humans doesn’t mean that she doesn't have something to give others. In fact, she has so much love to give – all she needs is YOU!

Neytiri #warrior-princess
DOB 11/11/24
Hey there, everyone I’m Neytiri, a beautiful pastel-gray tabby with a hint of cream who has the heart of a true princess warrior, just like my Avatar namesake. I’m affectionate and love head massages and chin scratches. I bond closely with my chosen hooman, so be prepared to gain a furry little shadow. I’ll dash to greet you at the door -- so rest assured, you’ll never come home to an empty house. Once I choose you as my person, my loyalty is deep and sacred.
Outside of biscuit-making and petting sessions, playtime is my favorite thing. There is never a bad time to play! I’ll make you laugh as I stand on my two hind legs to engage in a royal battle with the wand toy. Just watch me soar comically through the air with impressive bounces to catch it mid-flight. Be sure to catch my wiggly-butt wind-up before a perfectly executed pounce.
While I love being near you and rubbing up against you, I don’t need attention all day. I’m perfectly happy to lounge in my cuddler bed as I peacefully watch the world go by. I’m low-maintenance, a little sassy, very fun, and I absolutely have a mind of my own. A true princess prefers her space –so I’d love to be your one and only cat.
My story started on the mean Houston streets when I hid under a broken car until a Good Samaritan began feeding me. Once I felt safe, I came right out to greet her and rubbed against her to say thank you. That joyful, grateful heart has stayed with me ever since. When I feel safe and loved, I give my whole heart back -- and you can truly feel how much I adore my people.
I may be a little cautious when meeting new folks, but gentle pets and tasty snacks help me warm up quickly. Once I do, I’m the sweetest, most devoted companion who’s always nearby, always loyal -- just like you’d expect of a princess who has truly chosen her person. If you’re looking for a playful, joyful, loyal girl with big hops, a bigger heart, and a lifelong bond to give, I’m ready to leap into your life and take my place right by your side.

Noel #lap-kitty-bed-buddy
DOB 7/12/21
Are you looking for a uniquely marked tabby kitty who has small cheetah-like spots on his sides instead of the typical tabby stripes? Well I’m the man! Meow! Meow, everyone! I'm Noel, your perfect feline companion! I'm a very friendly, affectionate, loving, easygoing, and active cream-colored “spotted” tabby fella.
My foster mom calls me her favorite "lap cat" and her "bed buddy" because I love to snuggle. She rescued me as a baby who needed to be bottle-fed, so I love being carried around. I live with cats and dogs, so I get along well with other cats and cat-friendly dogs.
Why am I a "special needs" kitty? I was recently diagnosed with diabetes insipidus, a rare, relatively harmless disorder that causes my body to make too much urine. It’s easily controlled with daily eye drops. However, I will need an experienced owner who can give me my drops every day and monitor my drinking as well as...um...my “output” in case the dosage needs to be adjusted by the vet. Easy peasy!
No reason for you to pass me by since I’m such a lovable and loving spotted guy. Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give that all I need is YOU!

DOB 8/21/20
Meow! Meow, everyone! My name is Otto, and I’m a sweet though shy brown tabby fella with white tuxedo markings. Don’t you love my white locket and four white mittens? I’m very sweet with my foster meowmy as well as the other cats in my foster home. I love and trust my foster meowmy when she pets and holds me. I even allow her to clip my claws.
When I was about a month old, my foster meowmy found my three siblings and me in an old abandoned car. After she got us all vetted and vaccinated, I was supposed to be adopted with my sister Zelda. When I arrived at my new home, I was my typical shy self because I was scared, so I found a hidey hole. Unfortunately the family didn’t give me the chance to settle in and warm up to my new surroundings, so I immediately went back to my foster meowmy.
I’m looking for forever adopters who will be patient with me as I warm up and feel comfy in my new “digs.” Ideally they will want to adopt me with one of my foster playmates whom I know well. Nothing like the moral support of a buddy to build my confidence in new situations!
Arrange to meet me today! There are advantages in adopting a cat who's past the stage of kitten mayhem. I'd be much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your treasured accessories.
HOPE ID 20-1121-A099
Otto's $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

Paco #bold-adventurer
DOB 9/10/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Paco, a bold, mischievous, energetic, and playful brown tabby fella who’s a risk taker and thrill seeker . . . the feline version of a hooman adventurer who’d like to fly in a rocket to outer space or sail solo around the world. So far I’ve just ventured on car rides with Foster Meowmy, and I was chill and quiet during the whole excursion. And I’m convinced that there are plenty of other exciting adventures ahead for me!
I need lots of mental stimulation as I’m a very active boy. Boredom is my worst enemy, but Foster Meowmy has that solved with tall towers and fuzzy balls that I can chase around the house. From the get-go I made sure to never hide my impish personality from Foster Meowmy. When she first met me, I plopped over and immediately started playing with her. Just like that, Foster Meowmy scooped me up and brought me home with her.
When I met the resident dogs, I realized quickly that I didn’t like them one bit. As far as the resident cats, they quickly realized that they didn’t like me one bit! That’s because I’m too much for them when we try to play together. Gentle I am not, and I like to do some biting in the midst of my roughhousing. I know not to play too rough with my hooman friends, but Foster Meowmy thinks I should steer clear of a home with kids.
My not being compatible with the resident pets doesn’t stop me from ruling the ground I walk on. I roam freely with not a care in the world while I venture off on my next escapade.
Now I’m ready to bring my reckless daredevilry and macho playfulness to my forever family. I need hoomans who are just as bold and adventurous as I am. Just think of the fun and excitement that we could share together! Just us -- because I’ve already explained why I should be an only pet-child. Oh the delight it will be when I’m the only one in the hearts of my new family! With a kid like me, who could ever need more? Arrange to meet me today!

Parker #trailer-trash-no-more
DOB 12/1/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Parker, a sweet, inquisitive, and handsome tuxedo fella who was rescued from under a motorhome as a two- month-old kitten with no momma or siblings in sight. Boy howdy! I’m relieved that Foster Meowmy took me into the safe haven of her home because I was much too young to fend for myself.
Because of my rough beginnings when I never felt safe, it takes me awhile to trust and warm up to hoomans. I do, however, love the companionship of the other foster kitties, and I’m not too shy to explore new places all around the house because it satisfies my curiosity.
Now I’m ready to bring my gentle demeanor and Marco Polo exploratory skills to my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today!

Pawdrey Hepburn #spunky-n-sweet
DOB 3/5/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Pawdrey Hepburn, a brown-tabby beauty with tufted ears who’s as spunky as I am sweet. Since I’m curious and confident, I like to keep tabs on Foster Meowmy by following her from room to room. I brighten her day by exchanging nose kisses and chirping while I play.
I inherited my sweet demeanor from my feline momma Bonita, who was found in Alief as a pregnant teenager. Fortunately she was rescued in time to deliver my litter of three in the safety of foster care. I’ve been handled by Foster Meowmy since I was one day old, which explains why I’m so very sociable and trusting with every hooman I meet. I’m so easy-going that even nail clipping is a breeze with me.
Now I’m ready to find my forever home. I love to climb and explore, so my forever home needs to be a place where I have the freedom to adventure and romp around. It would be great if my new home has kids, dogs, and other cats, as long as the four-legged critters and I are slowly introduced. Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU!

Pepper #attention-&-affection-hog
DOB 10/8/25
Hey there, everyone! Foster Meowmy christened me Shady Pepper Napoleon Dynamite, but my friends just call me Pepper. I’m a sweet, cuddly, and playful “bicolor” fella, which means that I’m mostly white with black on my head, saddleback, and tail. When I’m not batting my jingle-bell balls and catnip mice around the room like a pro soccer striker, I love spending quality time in Foster Meowmy’s lap. I always ensure that I get plenty of snuggles in between my play times. I have the silly habit of standing on my back legs, and Foster Meowmy thinks my awkwardness is hilarious.
Here’s the deal about why I’m so bonded to Foster Meowmy – she rescued my litter of five boys when were three weeks old from a neighbor’s yard. Even though we weren’t weaned from our feral momma, two of my brothers were a bit spicy, so Foster Meowmy brought us inside to tame up and then trapped, spayed, and released Momma.
Since I was the friendly runt of the litter who especially liked cozily cuddling when she bottle-fed me, I wanted to extend her nurturing sessions as long as possible. So I tricked her into bottle-feeding me a week longer than my brothers. I was a pretty clever guy until I blew my cover and, after drinking from the bottle, I marched over to the bowl of kibble and proceeded to eat. So now I just like to hang out in Foster Meowmy’s lap.
But I’m no couch potato! No siree! I tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my brother Saffron, and then we collapse in a kitten puddle when we’re exhausted. Actually I’ll play with any foster or resident cat in my vicinity. Sometimes I abruptly stop to make sure Foster Meowmy’s witnessing my playtime, and I always keep my eye on her just in case she needs a furry friend to help her binge on Netflix or Animal Planet.
Now I’m ready to be the best lap kitten and bed fellow that my forever family could ever have. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today!!

Precious #antique-mall-litter
DOB 5/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Precious, a sweet, cuddly, and playful “harlequin” fella, which means that I’m mostly white with several large black patches on my head, body, and tail. I’ve also got a distinctive dark gray triangular blaze on my otherwise white nose. When I’m cuddled in my foster pawrents’ laps, I enjoy chit-chatting with them about how my day is going. I sleep with them at night, and I’m their little shadow during the day because I like to follow them around to keep up with their activities. I even rub my pheromones on their legs in case I think they’ve forgotten me. I enjoy playing interactively with my hoomans, especially when they wave the wand toy over my head. I also love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my four littermates.
When some houses in Spring Branch were torn down, many people left their pets behind when they moved away. Their cats ended up living at the used-car lot and the antique mall as friendly strays. Momma decided that inside a wall at the antique mall was a safe place to house my litter of five. It was an ideal den for us until the manager spotted her coming and going through a broken window. When our future foster meowmy, who has booths at the antique mall, heard that he wanted us out of our hidey-hole, she volunteered to remove us in the spirit of protecting us from harm. Despite Momma’s getting spooked and moving us, Foster Meowmy managed to find and capture all five of us, a few at a time, over a span of days. Tux, Spackle, Houdini, Taz, and I are so grateful that she took us to her home, which has much more plush accommodations than a tiny, dirty hidey-hole inside a wall!
Now I’m ready to be the cherished sweetheart, cuddly lap cat, and sleeping buddy of my forever family. Could that be you? Although I’m shy at first, I quickly warm up to new people once I feel comfy with them. Arrange to meet me today! In the words of Foster Meowmy, I’m “truly a sweet kitty.” Although we’re available separately, Taz and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if you adopted us together. That way we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or vacation.

Rosita #calm-bedfellow
DOB: 11/10/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Rosita, a sweet, calm, affectionate brown tabby gal who loves to be petted and to sleep with Foster Meowmy. Don’t let my perennially grumpy countenance fool you because I’m not ever angry – except when one of the older resident kitties goes overboard while asserting her "tortie-tude." Actually, I think that my usual downward head-tilt makes me look very coy!
Meowmy spotted me when I was a lonely orphan kitten amongst the colony of feral cats whom she feeds. Thinking that I wanted to stay unsocialized, she spayed me and, after I’d recovered from surgery, tried to release me. But once I’d enjoyed the amenities of indoor life, I wanted none of that hardscrabble outdoor life ever again! So I returned to Foster Meowmy’s door and begged to come back to her safe haven inside, and I’m so grateful that she obliged.
I have so much fun playing with the other foster kitties, although I’m perfectly fine leading a solitary life when I need a “time out” from all the feline rowdiness. Notwithstanding the fact that I luxuriate when Foster Meowmy scratches my chin, cheeks, and ears, I'm like a lot of kitties because I’m not fond of being picked up.
Now I’m ready to bring my serene disposition and adorably grouchy face to grace my forever home with joy and happiness. Could that be you? I can only imagine the sweet dreams we could have sleeping together should you decide to take me home with you! Arrange to meet me today!

Rumi #furry-comforter
DOB 2/14/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Rumi, an incredibly sweet, easygoing, and beautiful “tabico,” a.k.a. tabby-calico, gal with stunning colors that glow as if I were golden. Actually, I’m like any calico because I have large areas of white -- except I have brown tabby instead of the usual black. Peach patches are sprinkled over my tabby areas as if I’d gotten splattered with caramel in a candy factory.
My favorite thing in the world is simple – to be next to you. It could be the complete peace I feel while I make biscuits when watching TV with you. Or it could be when I curl up beside you to settle in for a cozy head massage or belly rub! I’m the kind of kitty who seems to understand when you need company. Whether you’ve had a long day or just want to relax with a soft, furry, comforting presence nearby, I’m happiest lying next to you, soaking up your love, and giving it right back to you.
You'll feel me affectionately weaving through your legs while you do chores, but I’m actually leaving my pheromones to mark you as mine. Although we will share an occasional wand-toy adventure together when the mood strikes, I’m basically a low-maintenance girl who knows not to demand your time and attention when you’re busy. I can entertain myself with window-patrol duty or cozy naps in soft beds. Plus I get along great with all ages of hoomans, including kids, as well as dogs; as far as other cats go, I tolerate them but prefer to be on my own.
My foster meowmy first saw me roaming in her neighborhood as a friendly stray. For a long time she fed me as she drove by but finally succumbed to my winsome personality by bringing me inside. Now I’m ready to be the beautiful soul who brings my comforting energy, affectionate cuddles, and peaceful presence to bless my forever family. Could that be you? Give me a chance, and I’ll help deliver you from the turmoil of the day.

Rusty #friendly-ginger-boy
DOB 9/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Rusty, a sweet, gentle, and friendly red tabby fella who has such an easygoing personality that I even purr when I eat. I love to show off my soccer skills as I bat pompom balls and toy mice around the room like a pro. Plus I get along great with the other kitties in my foster home.
When I was about three months old, I showed up at future Foster Meowmy’s community-cat feeding station. She quickly realized that I was a socialized kitten -- separated from my momma and/or hooman -- who was much too young to be fending for myself. So, thank heavens, she brought me into the safe haven of her home. Although I was initially a little overwhelmed and unsure, my food motivation overruled my timidity, and I quickly gained confident trust in Foster Meowmy when she lavished me with yummy food and Churus treats.
Unfortunately, the consequences of surviving the hardscrabble life at such a young age became a reality when I tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV+), which I probably contracted from the deep bite wound from an intact male cat.
Now I’m ready to bring my kitten playfulness, laid-back demeanor, and enthusiastic anticipation of Churus to my forever family. Could that be you? Are you ready to experience the delights of having a ginger-boy as your loving companion? Then arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart.

Rye #sister-of-Milly
DOB 5/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Rye, a petite, talkative, and playful silver tabby gal who loves to lie ON my foster meowmy when we’re cuddling together. I have a white vest and mittens on my front paws to further enhance my glamorous allure. Despite my diminutive size, I have a big heart and a beautiful soul. I love interactive play sessions with Foster Meowmy as she swirls the wand toy over my head, and then I snuggle in her lap.
One cold, rainy night when my sister Milly and I were six weeks old, Foster Meowmy found us with no momma in sight as we cowered and shook, hiding underneath her air conditioner. We’d been fighting to survive the hardscrabble life, so needless to say, we were relieved when she brought us to the safe haven of her home.
Although we were both initially overwhelmed to be in our new family environment, Milly emerged as the bold, savvy leader, and I as her shy follower. Foster Meowmy is an experienced cat lady who knew to allow us to warm up to her at our own pace, and sure enough, it wasn’t long before first Milly and then I, following her example, realized that hoomans are the source of much love, attention, and yummy food/treats. We spend our days tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling, and when we’re exhausted we collapse in a kitten puddle.
Now I’m ready to bring my chattiness, friskiness, and affinity for cuddling to bless my forever family with joy and happiness. Could you be the family to provide me with ample laps and plenty of playtimes? Arrange to meet me today! Although we’re available separately, Milly and I think it would be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted together. That way we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Salem #mr-schoomzer
DOB 1/1/20
Hey there, everyone! I’m Salem, an easygoing, calm, and very friendly Bombay mix fella who thrives on hooman attention and affection. My very outgoing personality allows me to play host when visitors come over as I insist on interacting with everyone. My attentiveness surprises and flatters them, so not surprisingly, I'm a bit hit at parties. I can be somewhat of a Velcro cat as I love being near my foster pawrents, so I can often be found snuggling in someone’s lap or next to them on their bed.
I was a friendly neighborhood stray who "came with the house" that Foster Meowmy’s daughter bought. She figured I’d been someone’s pet who’d been abandoned when my owner moved away. Someone had neutered and released me (hence, my clipped left ear), but when she invited me inside, I graciously accepted and assimilated easily with her resident cats. Unfortunately a few years later she needed to move and couldn’t take me with her. Thankfully Foster Meowmy stepped up to foster me until I could find a new home through HOPE. Again, I fit in comfortably with her other foster kitties, and we have a grand time playing and sleeping together.
Now I’m in the market for a forever family who, in turn, is looking for an outgoing, laid-back, and handsome gent with a shiny, patent-leather coat on the outside and lots of love to go around on the inside. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today. I promise to leave my paw prints all over your heart.

Silver #cuddle-queen
DOB 4/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Silver, an affectionate, gentle, and cuddly brown tabby gal who prefers the company of my foster pawrents to that of other cats, dogs, or kids. You see, I’m quiet and initially shy, but I transform into a very loving, people-oriented kitty once I get to know you. Loud noises like barking dogs and screaming children scare me, so when my foster pawrents are not around, I tend to be a loner who retreats to my cat tree as the best way to cope with commotion in my foster home.
In hopes that our pregnancies could be avoided, our future foster meowmy rescued Sona, Ani, Zelda, and me by bringing us to the safe haven of her home.
Now that I’m permanently impervious to getting pregnant,
I’m ready to ease right into the calm, nurturing environment of my forever home. Give me some time and space to feel comfy and safe, and I’ll be yours forever. Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU!

Snow #spunky-four
DOB 2/14/24
Hey there, everyone! I'm Snow, a sweet, cuddly, and playful green-eyed “bicolor” gal, which means that I’m mostly white with gray tabby on my face, back, and tail. I love to snuggle with Foster Meowmy, but I also cherish time spent with all my hooman friends, especially when they play interactively with me or give me treats. Sometimes I’m a brave adventurer when I explore all the nooks and crannies in my foster home.
Foster Meowmy rescued the #spunky-four (a.k.a.me and my three siblings Tom, Luna, and Kisa) as orphans in her neighborhood. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. I believe in magic, the magic of love and companionship. Sona #nose-kisser
DOB 4/15/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Sona, an affectionate, outgoing, and playful torbie girl who possesses excellent social skills simply because I love all ages of people. “Torbie” means that I’m mostly brown tabby with patches of orange that look like I’ve been splashed with caramel in a candy factory. I love to jump in the laps of my foster family so I can nuzzle them and give them nose kisses as well as chit-chat with them about how their day is going. In fact, I enjoy spending a lot of quality time cuddling and snoozing in their laps. But don’t think I’m a couch potato! No siree! You should see me jump and flip when I try to stab the wand toy when Foster Meowmy plays interactively with me. Also I can be high-octane when I chase the other foster kitties as we roughhouse together.
A Good Samaritan was feeding a lot of us friendly cats who had been abandoned by our owners when they moved away from her apartment complex. Unfortunately, because this kind lady could not bring us all inside or pay to get us fixed, many residents were abusing the caterwauling intact males. In hopes that our pregnancies could be avoided, our future foster meowmy rescued Silver, Ani, Zelda, and me by bringing us to the safe haven of her home.
Now that I’m permanently impervious to getting pregnant, I’m ready to shower my forever family with kisses and to display my acrobatic talents as the wand toy is waved over my head. My ideal home can have other cats and kids but preferably no dogs. If you’re looking for a kitty who wants to give YOU lots of attention instead of selfishly demanding that you focus on pampering HER, then I’m the friendly gal for you! Arrange to meet me today!

Hey there, everyone! I’m Sweet Peach, and my name is a flirtatious compliment that tells you what a genuinely pleasant personality I have. I’m a friendly, affectionate, curious, and playful orange tabby who’s female, which is unique because not many ginger tabbies are girls. I luxuriate when Foster Meowmy scratches my ears, cheeks, and chin, and I don’t even mind when she picks me up to hug and kiss me.
Foster Meowmy trapped my foster buddy Frankie and me because she thought we were feral kittens, but we ended up being friendly enough for her to keep us inside to try to socialize us instead of releasing us back outdoors after getting "fixed." Her efforts panned out, and we tamed up nicely after about a month. Although Frankie and I are not littermates, we are very bonded to each other. We both love to play interactively with Foster Meowmy when she waves the wand toy over our heads or wiggles it around the room like a snake for us to chase.
Now I’m ready to bless my forever family with my sweet, playful personality. Could that be you? In some cultures, peaches are symbolic of happiness, longevity, good luck, and protection from evil. Now how could you lose if you permanently had your very own peach in the family? Arrange to meet me today! Although we’re available separately, consider adopting me with Frankie. Two is more fun than one, and we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Tango #bestie-of-Little-Bobbie
DOB 4/7/22
Howdy everyone! I’m Tango, a loving and mellow yet funny and lively red tabby fella with a warm personality and a great sense of humor. Foster Meowmy describes me as “the most wonderful of kittens who deserves an A+ home.”
Next to a pile of debris in the Lindale area, I was found in the street as an orphan with no momma in sight. I fit right into my foster home along with several other rescued kittens who were my same age. I have so much fun playing with my surrogate siblings. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other, and when we’re thoroughly exhausted from all the fun, we collapse in a kitten puddle.
The three resident cats acted as my surrogate aunts and uncles who taught me everything my momma would’ve taught me if she’d been around. I also get along great with the two big dogs in my foster home, so there are a lot of households where I would fit like a glove.
Arrange to meet me today! You'll fall in love with me the second you meet me. I'm all ready to settle into my A+ new home! Although we’re available separately, my foster mate Little Bobbie and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we were adopted together. I’d be happy to give you an extra kiss because we could keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation.

Taz #antique-mall-litter
DOB 5/1/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Taz, and I’m a very friendly, loving, and lovable brown tabby fella with a white bib who just adores my foster pawrents. When I’m cuddled in their laps, I enjoy chit-chatting with them about how my day is going. I sleep with them at night, and I’m their little shadow during the day. I like to follow them around to keep up with their activities, and I even rub my pheromones on their legs in case I think they’ve forgotten me. I don’t mind at all if they pick me up so that they can shower me with kisses.
Tux, Spackle, Houdini, Precious, and I are so grateful that she took us to her home, which has much more plush accommodations than a tiny, dirty hidey-hole inside a wall!
Now I’m ready to bring my easygoing affection and personable companionship to my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! Although we’re available separately, Precious and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if you adopted us together. That way we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.

Tilly #adventurous-aristocat
DOB 9/9/23
Hey there, everyone! I’m Lady Matilda Catherine St. Gertrude, the Duchess of Silvester, a.k.a Tilly. I’m a sweet, friendly, easygoing brown tabby gal who likes to snuggle next to Foster Meowmy while we binge on Dr. Who episodes together on the sofa. Aside from when we clench our teeth during the thrilling sci-fi adventures, I luxuriate while Meowmy gently strokes my ears, cheeks, and chin. I also enjoy our pampering sessions when she brushes me while I’m relaxing on soft pillows.
You can tell from my long name and title that I was born an aristocat who had everything that a young kitty could want. Yet I had an adventurous and romantic heart, and once my eyes caught sight of the dashing rogue William Bones, Captain of the pirate ship Raccoon Chaser, I threw caution to the winds. I abandoned my life of luxury and set off with him on an adventure into the great unknown. Happy, brave, and carefree, Billy and I explored the world and discovered new sights and smells. We lived our best young cat lives – that is, until life in the wild presented several hardships.
Soon I found myself giving birth to three beautiful kittens underneath an old house. I was an exemplary mother in caring for my babies. I joined Billy by hunting mice and lizards to provide for food them. However, when we had to defend them from raccoons, I realized life in the wild was no place for such adorable kittens. When Chili, Chipotle, and Carolina Reaper were about two months old, my brave pirate lover led me to a kind human household, and soon all five of us were in the safe haven of our foster home. Instead of living paw-to-mouth, we discovered all the joys of eating from white china bowls that brim with food, climbing cat trees, and playing with toy mice. I’m completely content to stare out the window -- only to reminisce about my piratical adventures. I especially enjoy relaxing in my favorite forward-fold yoga pose.
Now I’m ready to bring my loving, relaxed temperament to grace my forever family. Could that be you? Full disclosure: as a noble lady, I only surround myself with cats and people whom I deem as excellent in character. And although I like other cats, I might need time to get acquainted with them. If you’re ready to welcome an aristocat into your heart and hearth, serve Churus on a silver spoon, and generously sprinkle catnip at my feet, I’m the girl for you! Arrange to meet me today!

Tippy #tunnel-whiz
DOB 8/29/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Tippy, a sweet, shy, petite “bicolor” gal with gigantic amber eyes. “Bicolor” means that I’m mostly white with cream tabby on my head, back, and tail. My sister Tulsa and I were born to a stray momma kitty in southwest Houston before HOPE volunteers got her fixed, and we’re the spitting image of our daddy, who’s also now fixed. I’m the smallest of my litter, but I’m catching up fast.
Although I’d spent my life outdoors, once I arrived at my foster home it didn’t take me long to start whizzing through cat tunnels, scampering up cat trees, and begging Foster Meowmy for Churus squeezable treats. Although I haven’t been around dogs or kids, I get along great with the other foster kitties. Now I’m all ready to whiz thorugh tunnels and scale cat trees in my forever home. Could that be with you? Arrange to meet me today! I will do best with patient hoomans who will allow me to warm up to them at my own pace. Be prepared to have a large supply of Churus!

Tom Sandoval #plays-iPad-games
DOB 4/15/23
If you think the actor Tom Sandoval looks like a hunk dressed in black, you should see me! Meow! Meow, everyone! I’m Tom Sandoval’s namesake, an affectionate, saucy, friendly black DSH/Bombay mix kitten with a sleek, shiny coat. I can be quite the snuggly Siesta King who loves to curl up in bed with either Foster Meowmy or my sister Maddox, with whom I'm very bonded. I soak up any attention that Foster Meowmy gives me, especially when she’s dispensing Temptation treats.
I’m a playful guy who loves to play soccer with toy mice as well as engage with iPad games. And of course I love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my three sisters, Maddox, Lala, and Katie. I can also entertain myself by scaling the cat tower and playing with its dangling toys.
When my Foster Meowmy was walking on her driveway one day, she spotted my feral momma and my litter of four under the house of her next door neighbor. She trapped, spayed, and released Momma but brought us kittens inside to socialize us. We fit in beautifully with her other pets, and now that we're ready to be adopted, she promises to find us all fantastic homes.
If you’re looking for a handsome, gentle, easy-going fella who gets along with other cats and small dogs, arrange to meet me! Consider adopting me with one of my sisters so we can keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation.

Tornado #sister-of-Bolt
DOB 3/4/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Tornado, a sweet and playful brown tabby gal who, as you can see from my photo, likes to meow. Even though I have the gift of gab, I promise not to talk your arm off! Foster Meowmy voted me most likely to steal your food (and then your heart!). I get along with the resident dogs in my foster home better than any of the other foster cats, and of course, I get along with the other cats.
Foster Meowmy rescued my momma Blaze, my three siblings, and me from a garage when I was about three months old. I love to pounce and tumble, climb and wrestle with my siblings -- especially with my brother Bolt since we are very bonded. I'm thrilled when I hear Foster Meowmy’s joyful exclamations and laughter as she watches our roughhousing. As I overheard her tell a friend, “The entertainment value of Bolt and Tornado together is better than on their own.”
Now I’m ready to delight my forever family with my chatty conversations. I hope you don’t mind if I steal your food along with your heart. If you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting Bolt and me together. Two is more fun than one, and we can entertain you when you’re home and be playmates as well as cuddle buddies when you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

Venus #sister-of-Charm
DOB 11/22/25
Hey there, everyone! I’m Venus, a super-sweet, snuggly, and playful black and white tuxedo gal, and it was no accident that I was named after the goddess of love and beauty! I adore lying on Foster Meowmy’s lap with my belly up, and I make sure that my purr motor is turned up to high volume.
When my sister Charm and I were about three months old, a Good Samaritan found us at a southeast Houston gas station. Thank heavens she rescued us as friendly but orphaned strays since our momma was nowhere in sight.
Now I’m ready to use my winsome personality to rule as the tiny goddess of love and beauty in my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart. Although we’re available separately, Charm and I think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted together. We could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.
